Can divorce actually bring a married couple back together? Deadline reports ABC has picked up a new pilot called Splitting Up Together.

Based on a Danish TV series, the comedy comes from Emily Kapnek and Ellen DeGeneres’ A Very Good Productions. Kapnek is also the creator of the cancelled ABC series Suburgatory and Selfie.

Splitting Up Together tells “the story of a couple whose marriage is reignited by their divorce.”
