What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the FOX television network, Star follows three talented singers as they navigate the cut-throat music business on their road to success. They’re desperate for a new start and have ambitions of stardom. As reality seeps into the girls’ fantasies, they begin to learn that ambition often comes at a cost. And sometimes that cost is too high. The cast includes Queen Latifah, Benjamin Bratt, Jude Demorest, Ryan Destiny, and Brittany O’Grady. Lenny Kravitz guest stars.

Telly’s Take
This music drama debuted in December 2016 with a 2.15 rating in the demo and an audience of 6.71 million viewers. Although that is a strong start, the network then took the fledgling musical drama off the air for three weeks. When it returned on January 4th, it garnered a 1.59 in the demo and 4.72 million viewers. In its fourth week, Star fell to a 1.23 and 3.958 million, respectively. By the time FOX renewed Star for season two, on February 22nd, it was averaging a 1.41 demo rating and an audience of 4.46 million. Subscribe to this page. After all, even renewals can be cancelled.

First off all I love this show not knowing what’s going to happen next .This show spares no expense. Wonderful actor’s along with the writers. I would hate it if they didn’t continue with this show and I can’t wait to find out what happens in the next season so please keep up the good work!

If star was cancelled my roommate, my aunt, my sister, my cousin, and myself would be devastated. We love this show. Now we are patiently somewhat waiting for the release date of the second season!! Hopefully its soon and not next year. We want to know who killed hunter and ava. How star is going to feel when she finds out. If she is going to get trouble for breaking his hand. What happens with cotton. Mrs. Lincoln or w.e her name is. WE NEED TO KNOW .!!!!!!

I absolutly love this show. I can’t watch it live but thanks to on demand I can watch it the next day after it airs. Its been quite an expierence for me I would be devastated if they didn’t make a second season. I’m kind of upset that season one episode 12 ended the way it did. And being JTS Thursday this is the day I like to watch it and I can’t because its over. However I can not wait to see what the second season has In store for its viewers.

I am so in love with the show Star. I had to finish catching up with on demand. The season finale and the two episodes before had me on edge of my bed wanting more and more. Please let this show have a second season, you can’t take it. I.e. With an ending to the first season like that. OMG!!!! I can’t wait anounce a date already.
