What’s This TV Show About?
A USA Network legal drama, Suits centers on ace attorney, Harvey Spector (Gabriel Macht) and his college dropout protegé Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams). The cast also includes Rick Hoffman, Sarah Rafferty, and Meghan Markle. Dulé Hill joins in season seven as Harvey’s old friend, Alex Williams, a senior partner at the rival law firm of Bratton Gould. This year, Harvey will step up to fill the void left by Jessica’s (Gina Torres) departure, while Mike is balancing pro bono work with corporate cases.
Season Seven Ratings
The seventh season of Suits averaged a 0.34 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.30 million viewers. Compared to season six, that’s down by 20% and down by 19%, respectively. Check out how Suits stacks up against other USA Network TV shows.

Telly’s Take
Although Suits has been a big hit for USA, the show’s growing a little long in the tooth. In addition, Universal Cable Productions is developing a spin-off with Gina Torres in the lead. Is this the beginning of the end for the legal drama, or will USA order season eight? The ratings are down again this year but it’s still one of USA’s highest-rated original scripted series. Unless the costs are an issue, I suspect Suits will return for another season. I’ll keep an eye on the Nielsens and will update this page as needed. Suits is one of the best shows with the most entertaining characters. My husband & Ibhav recommended Suits to different people & they have recommended it to others. The network has made it such a challenge to watch bc the season break’up is ridiculous. The fact that people love & watch the show, even when it seems USA never seemed to give it a fair shot, speaks to this great a show Suits is!!!! Please keep making Suits!!!!
Please, don’t cancel “Suits!” It’s a great show ! You can replace Meghan and change some of the storyline…Rachel had to move away because of family issues.

PLEASE do not cancel Suits – One of the best shows on TV…I would continue to watch without Megan – she is amazing, but come on, she is marrying a prince. Don’t cancel this one – like the other good shows you cancelled, Royal Pains, Graceland –
Look, I love Suits, I do, but it really should have ended after Mike got into the Bar. The writers completely wasted the post-prison plot in the back half of season 6, and the entirety of season 7 so far has been a desperate effort to bleed as much drama from this stone as possible by stripping away all of Harvey’s and Mike’s character development and sending them back to square one. They ought to use the back half to wrap up all the loose ends and just let it go already.
i vote to definitely renew for season 8 at least to bring closure for the cast we’ve come to know and love!!!
please do not cancel this tv show is the best. the story line is always point on. it keeps you on your toes … everyone in the cast works so great together nest cast ever.. Suits it the best

Hope Suits will return soon, and hope that it will return for an 8th Season and more. Love the shows content and conflicts among the cast. Keeps it interesting and entertaining. Cast has great chemistry with one another.

Please please please don’t cancel Suits. I love everything about this show. There is not a lot of good writing and good actors on TV as it is, and we need a great escape from what’s going on in real life these days!
Suits is one of the best shows on TV…. >IF< they would stay away from serial stories as the main script from week to week. Enough soap opera. Enough with the Mike and jail thing as it's getting old. This could be why ratings have declined and some reviewers say the series is getting long in the tooth. It has been too much the same story week after week. Please bring back Suits on USA for another season and hopefully even more. Suits is a great show and the cast is wonderful.
