A spin-off of The Librarian TV film series, this show follows four new characters who become part of an ancient organization hidden beneath the Metropolitan Public Library. They are dedicated to protecting an unknowing world from the secret, magical reality that’s hidden all around.
Chosen by Flynn Carsen (Noah Wyle) to become a new team of Librarians, they solve impossible mysteries, fight supernatural threats, and recover powerful artifacts like the Ark of the Covenant, the Spear of Destiny, and Excalibur.
Eve Baird (Rebecca Romijn) is a counter-terrorism agent who protects the group. A laborer from Oklahoma, Jacob Stone (Christian Kane) is a genius with an IQ of 190 who has an extensive knowledge of Art History and Architecture.
Cassandra Cillian (Lindy Booth) is a mathematician who has auditory and sensory hallucinations that are linked to memory retrieval. A thief who fancies himself as an international man of mystery, Ezekiel Jones (John Kim) is a master of technologies and a fan of classic crimes.
The team’s reluctant and cantankerous caretaker is Jenkins (John Larroquette). He has an extensive knowledge of ancient lore and has worked at the library for longer than anyone can remember.
Together, they fight against supernatural threats, especially the forces of the Serpent Brotherhood, led by the mysterious immortal Dulaque (Matt Frewer).

What do you think? Do you like The Librarians TV show? Should it have been cancelled or renewed for season five on TNT?
Please bring them back, loved the show
We need the Librarians to continue…..Who is going to save up from the destructive powers of the past artifacts….?
Experimental. Dared to be different and was able to stay entertaining while doing so. Enjoyable, should have been a given, instead they moved its time slot every season and like they always do it any more they never gave it a chance to develop an audience. They never allow a show to grow they yank it off the air at the first doubt. John Larroquette’s character was interesting and you wanted to learn as much about his past as you could, what little information they squeezed out of him. Christian Kane provided fine performance whenever on screen and gave us… Read more »
I enjoyed the series and hope it will be renewed:)
I hope someone will pick up this series. I really liked it. Seems to me the executives and the critics hate everything that the viewers like. Please TNT renew or someone please pick this upl
I cannot believe another great show has been cancel. If it is not SYFY cancelling great shows it has to be TNT. It had good ratings and they still cancel. My 10yr old has autism and he loves to sit down with me to watch this show. One of the few things he enjoys to watch besides Handy Manny. I hope they renew or another station buys the rights to continue the show.
This is full of wonder and hope. The Librarians t.v show; show people the power of friendship and show people that we have a choice to choose right from wrong. This show definitely should be renewed. People especially in this day of age need to be shown this.
Wonderful show. Very entertaining. This show should be renewed.
A fantastic and entertaining show, suitable for the whole family to watch and enjoy together. Please bring it back.
Great show… Wished it didn’t get cancelled.
Great show for the family. Should renew
Terribly sad to see this has been canceled. I thought the dynamic with the actors was very appealing and the story lines were fun. I can’t imagine you have something more promising on the horizon. Bad Choice!
Another good show bites the dust. Please reconsider
A Wonderfully entertaining show as well as educational. Please do not cancel! A clean cut series the whole family watches.
It was an entertaining show with many twists. Sad to see it cancelled. Hopefully, another station will pick it up.
