There’s a lot of data that WGN execs look at when deciding whether to renew or cancel a TV series but ratings are a major factor. Here’s an updated listing of all of their recent/current primetime scripted shows.

A couple of notes about these charts:
These figures are updated automatically as new ratings are released (usually a day or so after the broadcasts). The averages are based on the final national numbers (live plus same day viewing). For technical reasons, I have to resort them manually so feel free to let me know if I missed something.
The demo numbers, which are typically most important to the broadcast networks, aren’t quite as vital to cable channels because their audiences are usually much smaller. Demo numbers are typically reported using the 10ths decimal place (2.4, for example). In the averages, I’m using an extra decimal for easier ranking.

Why was blue bloods removed on the weekends. I loved watching it on the weekends. Will you please return the show back on the channel.
Just about to watch episode 12 of gone on the universal channel on sky. Really hope they do more as I’m really hooked. Love the storyline, the characters & their connective stories. Think they’ve got a great cast. To many good programmes fall by the wayside these days hopefully this won’t be one of them.
I’m buying the whole season on iTunes after watching just 2 episodes, it’s that good. I hope the commitment of the viewers in buying will be important for renewals as Nielsen.
Will Underground come back
I had never heard of WGN America TV until “Outsiders” caught my eye on Utube. I binge watched and craved for more. I am so upset the show was cancelled. I hope Netflix picks it up. I think if the public knew more about WGN channel’s exhistance, “Outsiders” would have had ratings through the roof.
