What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the Starz premium cable channel, The White Princess stars Jodie Comer as Princess Elizabeth of York and Jacob Collins-Levy as King Henry VII. The Starz cast also includes Essie Davis, Joanne Whalley, Michelle Fairley, Suki Waterhouse, Rebecca Benson, Rhys Connah, Caroline Goodall, Kenneth Cranham, and Vincent Regan. Beginning in 1485, the series tells the end of the saga of England’s War of the Roses and follows the rise of the House of Tudor, as well as the stormy marriage of Elizabeth of York to Henry Tudor.

Telly’s Take
Airing on Sunday nights, The White Princess TV show is drawing decent ratings for a Starz series. The cable channel has been calling it a “limited series” but it seems more like a mini-series. I suspect there will only be one season of eight episodes but, if the numbers are good enough, who knows? I’ll keep an eye on the ratings. Yes…..I am so in love with the TV series. I was disappointed to know it would not be renewed for a second season. I am praying for a change of mind. Keeping my fingers crossed for a new season.
I was so bummed, when I realized that The White Princess was cancelled. I loved that show and I am confused as to why there was no season 2, because the series seemed promising.

It is a shame that season 2 was Cancelled .There is so much of the story that needs to be told..The story does not end where it ended.
Its not easy to meld a cast that grabs the audibut they did it with the white Princess, too bad Starz are such cheap asses and cancel every good show they get going. Even the Starz app on a smart tv wont work lol. Junk company indeed.. Letting this series go was a huge mistake.

I’m so saddened to hear “The White Princess will not sir for season 2. I love the Red Queen. The show needs more advertising and marketing. I’m in the 18-44 demographics and was able to reel my teenager in. She loves the show. I think you guys should reconsider
I am late to commenting because I was waiting for season 2… so disappointing to hear this did not make it to season 2. Loved the actors and the story.
