What’s This TV Show About?
Streaming on the Netflix paid subscription platform, Atypical stars Keir Gilchrist, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Michael Rapaport, Brigette Lundy-Paine, Amy Okuda, Nik Dodani, and Jenna Boyd. This coming of age comedy centers on Sam (Gilchrist), an 18-year-old on the autism spectrum. In season two, Elsa (Leigh) and Doug (Rapaport) face the aftermath of their marriage crisis. Casey (Lundy-Paine) tries to adjust to her new school and Sam prepares for life after graduation.
Atypical has been renewed for a third season which will debut November 1, 2019. Stay tuned for further updates.

Unless Netflix decides to publicize its viewership, it is hard to predict if they’ll cancel or renew Atypical for season three. It is a beloved series so I suspect that it will be renewed.
