Are you watching The Brave? Recently, NBC praised the ratings for the freshman TV show. Could this mean a season two renewal?
The military drama centers on Captain Adam Dalton (Mike Vogel) who leads his Special Ops squad on dangerous field missions across the globe. The cast also includes Anne Heche, Natacha Karam, Demetrius Grosse, Noah Mills, Hadi Tabbal, Tate Ellington, and Sofia Pernas.
According to NBC, ratings for The Brave have increased over 60% since it debuted in September. Currently, the drama is earning an average rating of 1.05 in the 18-49 demo and 5.147 million viewers, placing it above popular shows likes The Blacklist and Blindspot.

The Brave,” which is in the midst of its 13-episode season, has been a steady performer for the network. This past Monday’s episode equaled the show’s high in 18-49 since Oct. 9 and, despite airing opposite “The Good Doctor,” the season average for “The Brave” has outrated CBS’ “Scorpion” on eight of eight Mondays so far in 18-49. It also ranks ahead of several rival 10 p.m. dramas, including “NCIS: New Orleans,” “Blue Bloods,” “S.W.A.T.,” “Kevin (Probably) Saves the World” and “Madam Secretary.”
In L+7, “The Brave” has increased by +60% in 18-49 and +3.2 million viewers overall (5.3 million to 8.5 million). With the addition of projected non-linear ratings, the L+7 figure grows to a 1.96 in 18-49.

A decision on a second season will be made at a later date.”

I want to see season two of that military show.
if eps 8 or 9 are airing now, that means they are filming 10 or 11. the show only has 13 . so that means production is scheduled to stop in about 2 or 3 weeks. no new scripts have been ordered, no additional shows have been ordered…..kinda late in the game now to do that right? so production will end with 13 episodes. does that sound like a season 2 renewal?
sounds like the jedi mind tricks networks like to pull before a show is cancelled hoping folks will watch the last 3 or 4 eps
By far my favorite new show this television season.
A full season pickup for season one and a season 2 would make my Christmas wish come true and start my new year off right!!! I live Albuquerque where it is filmed so thats a plus.
We love this show!! It’s exciting and olds our attention completely! The characters play their parts AAA and love the subject matter!!
This is a really good show and should not be cancelled. The cast does a great job and the storylines, while maybe not realistic in most cases, still very enjoyable and entertaining. I think NBC should give this show a second season to see if ratings improve.
