As we reported earlier, Netflix has cancelled Disjointed. Now, the cast and crew are sharing their thoughts on the TV series’ cancellation.
From Chuck Lorre, the comedy centers on Ruth (Kathy Bates), the proud proprietor of a Los Angeles-area marijuana dispensary. The cast also includes Dougie Baldwin, Elizabeth Ho, Chris Redd, Tone Bell, Aaron Moten, Elizabeth Alderfer, Betsy Sodero, Nicole Sullivan, Michael Trucco, and Mae Harrington.
On social media, Disjointed star Michael Trucco as well as showrunner David Javerbaum and producers Ron Hart and John D. Beck shared their thoughts on the Netflix series’ cancellation.

Cant believe they cancelled this show we need more seasons
I just discovered series and it is the funniest show or movie I have seen in a very long time. Netflix, we have enough serious traumas out there. Our country needs to laugh right now. It needs a relief. Please bring it back.

Talk about Harshing my Mello! This wasn’t just a young persons show. I’m a successful 51 Yr old woman , smoke everyday to manage fibromyalgia and RA pain and f@#*ing love the show. Kathy B, Chuck L. and the cast are amazing and represent REAL people and situations with grace and class wrapped in the perfect amount humor that is so desperately needed in the world these days. This was utter ******** to cancel a show like this. Having this type of mindset and showing how helpful it is to watch this onscreen was relieving. So funny and had alot of everyday struggles that people have to cope with.
first i gave my heart to the Mc Rib , then Timmy’s pulls the egg salad sandwich , WEED finally gets legalized , well here in Canada , now ya pull the plug on my Disjionted . damn you netflix . ya making me wanna watch Crackle or actually get good at video games . We didn’t even get a closure lmfao or a Happy ending . gonna miss the heck outta Disjointed . I guess it’s time to go into a tv coma again .
I loved this show. It was incredibly funny and it’s hard to find great comedy. Why does Netflix cancel the great shows ?
I felt this show spoke to a lot of people, made so many people laugh, and actually created a family for many. This show was by far one of the greatest, even with just 2 seasons, I also felt this show helped with getting legalized Marijuana brought to some states. I really want a petition or something that people can sign and bring it back. Loved everyone on the cast, I thought of you guys as family while watching the show. #letsbringthisshowback
A funny, silly light hearted show. I wanted at least one more season.
I I think this was one of the most inspired comedies I have seen in a long time. It’s a shame that we can’t allow enough time for people to catch on to new shows. The people have exposed to this one have been absolutely infatuated. And I was the biggest fan ever. The acting, the themes, the creativity was beyond compare. One of the best ever!
