Once again, ABC didn’t announce if General Hospital had been renewed for another year but we know the show wasn’t cancelled either. The network just kept it on the air. Will General Hospital survive to see a 59th season for the 2021-22 broadcast season? Could it possibly be cancelled mid-year? How will it do in the ratings? Stay tuned.
Debuting in 1963 on April 1st, General Hospital revolves around the loves, lives, and deaths of the people of Port Charles, New York. The current season’s cast includes Maurice Benard, Steve Burton, Marcus Coloma, William deVry, Chad Duell, Michael Easton, Genie Francis, Nancy Lee Grahn, Briana Henry, Rebecca Herbst, Roger Howarth, Finola Hughes, William Lipton, Katelyn MacMullen, Sofia Mattsson, Eden McCoy, Sydney Mikayla, Kelly Monaco, Ingo Rademacher, Wes Ramsey, Emme Rylan, Kirsten Storms, Josh Swickard, Donnell Turner, Cynthia Watros, Maura West, and Laura Wright.

I have been watching GH since I was a child when my Mom watched it. I took a break during my 30s but started again in my 50s.
I am 69 and record it every day!!

I love general hospital have many friends that love it also we talk about it i want it to continue. It’s therapy for lots of us getting away from our reality. I would also like to see writers who have vision this story line of jason and carly is bad and it may cause you to lose viewers. They should have never gone this far.
My passion for watching will never change. I still look forward every day to tuning in and watching GH. I have been watching for 18 years. I retired in 2002 and the one hour I record every day is what I look forward to. No matter how the story line goes I still find it entertaining. So I know I am only one that enjoys watching; I hope it continues.

I love General Hospital it’s my top favorite shows and I recorded it to make sure I never miss an episode. I can’t believe you would even consider canceling it. Especially with COVID-19 being so awful along with other things. A lot of people can’t get out because of health reasons and don’t want to take the chance even if they are healthy and vaccinated until things get better. I don’t enjoy the series anymore. It seems to have become the “Carly”show. And I don’t like her.
I’ve just been watching to share the experience with my best friend. And sometimes I still skip several episodes because I can’t stand to watch them.
Keep general hospital on the air it’s the best of all. Love this. Good writers.

I love watching this program….I ALWAYS record it, so that I never miss it!! I think the writers are brilliant and imaginative! I especially love Spenelli and Jason!! Also the Sonny/ memory loss story line…SO many close calls…I can’t wait to see how that plays out!!! Yeah, it’s a soap opera, but I love it and hope it continues on…I love relaxing and taking time out for it every day…except weekends and …unfortunately!!!
