What’s This TV Show About?
A WGN America crime drama, Gone stars Chris Noth, Leven Rambin, Danny Pino, Andy Mientus, and Tracie Thoms, with Kelly Rutherford, Jordan Bridges, Christopher O’Shea, and Lee Tergese recurring in the first season. The procedural centers on Kit “Kick” Lannigan (Rambin), who survived a high-profile child-abduction case, and the man who saved her, FBI Agent Frank Novak (Noth). Now, because of her unique insight and post-kidnapping training, Frank has recruited Kick for his new task force focusing on abductions and missing persons.

Telly’s Take
Will WGN America cancel or renew Gone for season two? Since the series is an international co-production which airs in France, Germany, and Australia, the decision doesn’t rest solely on its performance in the United States. Also, the first season was produced a couple years ago, in 2017. Shows have been revived but that’s rare so fact that doesn’t seem to bode well for a renewal. i think the writing is on the wall. the show started 18 months earlier in australia, if they havent put out new shows since then……?!?!?!?!?!

Good premise, I wonder how long it’ll take CBS to reboot Criminal Minds with a newer, leaner, and improved team with one or two returning stars? They could do a lot with the premises of this series and the Criminal Minds series and maybe give SVU a run for it’s money or America’s Got Talent as a summer series.
It’s a good series, how long before CBS considers using this series as a basis to reboot Criminal Minds as a smaller newer team with one or two returning stars?

I have watched season 1 three times through i keep searching for answers of a second season with no definitive answer. Really would love to see more of Frank and Kick and see Bishops story played out
