Hawaii Five-0 is packing it up. Deadline reports the CBS TV show is ending after 10 seasons.
A reboot of the 1960s series, the police procedural follows an elite federalized task force whose mission is to wipe out crime on the Hawaiian Isles. The cast includes Alex O’Loughlin, Scott Caan, Ian Anthony Dale, Meaghan Rath, Beulah Koale, Chi McBride, Katrina Law, Taylor Wily, Dennis Chun, and Kimee Balmilero.
CBS has not released an official reason for ending Hawaii Five-0, but according to Deadline the contracts for the series’ two major stars, Alex O’Loughlin and Scott Caan, are up at the end of the 10th and current season.
Although Hawaii Five-0 has dipped in the ratings over the past decade, the series is still a hit for CBS. So far, season 10 is averaging a .70 rating in the 18-49 demo and 7.026 million viewers.
The two-hour series finale of Hawaii Five-0 will debut on CBS on April 3rd.

Hi, I am a 53 year old female and I really LOVED this version of Hawaii 5-0. I watch it every week. I just learned ( literally) that the show is being cancelled. I don’t understand that, this is a better show than All THE REALITY SHOWS you keep putting on the air, I don’t watch those shows I watch this show and all the other COP based shows across all the networks. (NCIS,THE ROOKIE,NCIS: LA, & NEW ORLEANS, etc..) please bring it back. The cast and crew have done a GREAT JOB.This is what I want to watch not… Read more »
Hawaï 5.0 is a great show, don’t STOP that. There are to much shows that are so bad to watch.
So disappointed this show ended. One of my favorites!

I know its been awhile but you need to bring Hawaii five o back. You bring in new cast for only a few episodes. Im still catching up on the show. My family an I love are disappointed you guys care more about ratings then the show its self. Twist it up a lol or simething. Bring it back plz thanks

I’ve always been a H5O fan since the 70’s. When the remake came out in 2010, I was very happy with the whole cast. However, once Daniel Day Kim and Grace Park left it just wasn’t the same for me. Don’t get me wrong, I really liked the new cast members but it was a more realistic and exciting fit with the original cast. I would greatly appreciate a season 11 and more. I think the ratings would have stayed high if DDK and GP would have stayed. Just my two cents.
