What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on The CW television network, iZombie stars Rose McIver as zombie/medical examiner Liv Moore, who retains some memories from each brain she eats. The cast also includes Malcolm Goodwin, Rahul Kohli, Robert Buckley, David Anders, and Aly Michalka. In season three, Liv now knows there are more zombies in Seattle than she once thought. A private military contractor is building up a zombie army, to prepare for the day when humans realize the undead walk the earth. This season will find Liv eating the brains of a dominatrix, a “Jackass” style stunt man, an office gossip, a pre-school teacher, a conspiracy theorist, a dungeon master, and more, and taking on their traits.
Season Three Ratings
The third season of iZombie is averaging a 0.31 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 870,000 viewers. Compared to season two, that’s down by 41% and down by 35%, respectively. Learn how iZombie stacks up against the other CW TV shows.

Telly’s Take
Creator Rob Thomas already has plans for a fourth season of his iZombie TV show, but will the supernatural procedural make it past its third season? The ratings are way down but The CW isn’t as much of a slave to the ratings as the other networks. The series has survived this long so I suspect it will be renewed for season four. I am just voicing my opinion, but this show is beyond corny. I am absolutely disgusted. To think about how many AMAZINGLY done, ground-breaking, or just all around fun in an entertainment way previous t.v. shows were cancelled after their first or second seasons, and this garbage is still on, and to boot its in its 4th season. I know alot of people, and not ONE OF THEM is a fan of this show. What in the world is going on?
I absolutely love this show,I’m completely addicted,i love all the main characters like any of my favorite shows! I can’t get enough of it. Once you’re attached to the characters it becomes fun just to watch their normal activities,which are always interesting and twist and turning anyway,without necessarily needing huge dramatic changes and yet it has that too. Its not just about whether it can keep you on the edge of your seat,it’s also about making you think,making you laugh,even making you reminisce your own experiences,and most of all its about the story line having an edge and the actors… Read more »
I absolutely love this show,I’m commenter addicted,i love all the main characters like any of my favorite shows! I can’t get enough of it. Once you’re attached to the characters it becomes fun just to watch their normal activities,which are always interesting and twist and turning anyway,without necessarily needing huge dramatic changes like the rest of the blood thirsty world is after. So happy for S4 renewal. The seasons keep getting better and the plot thickens. LOVE IT!!!!!
I just began bingeing the show on Netflix with my husband and we love the show for it’s campieness. It’s also good drama sprinkled with great recipes for brains. Keep it going, but add the humor of the original first two seasons and give Major a real brain. Then, it’ll do much better.
