The Walking Dead has become an incredibly successful TV show on cable television. Now, The CW is trying their own zombie genre series. Will it be a ratings success as well? Cancelled or renewed for a second season? Stay tuned.
Loosely based on a comic book series, iZombie revolves around an over-achieving medical resident (Rose McIver) who ends up as a zombie. She’s able to keep her new condition a secret from her loved ones and, thanks to knowledge gained from dining on cadaver brains, is also able to help the police solve murders. The rest of the cast includes Malcolm Goodwin, Rahul Kohli, Robert Buckley, and David Anders.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. I thought this show was going to suck. I was proven wrong. It’s a suprisingly good show and love how funny it is sometimes.

I love izombie. This show has to be renewed. If this show gets cancelled it would literally kill me. Izombie is by far one of the best shows i have seen. The acting is terrific and the story line is incredibly interesting.
I love iZombie! With all the tv series out there trying to catch a ride on the “zombie craze train” THIS show has been the most relatable and inventive! Renew! Renew!

I love this show as well! Pretty much ruined other TV shows for me, that’s how good it is! I’m now looking at something else that’s good to watch while I wait for the next episode, but I can’t find anything!
I love this show! Intelligent, campy, believable characters. Great to see another female protagonist similar to Nancy Drew books and Veronica Mars. Fills a niche often neglected.
