Lucifer TV Show on Netflix: canceled or renewed?
Lucifer may survive another final season. Netflix is looking to renew the series for a sixth season, and it will have the people in charge return as well. The showrunners, Ildy Modrovich and Joe Henderson, have signed deals to create a potential sixth season for the streaming service, per TV Line.
However, there is one issue. Tom Ellis has not signed for a new season of Lucifer yet. Talks between the actor and Warner Bros. Television are currently underway though. The Netflix series still has a fifth season ahead, but it might not be the final season after all.
A premiere date for season five has not yet been set, but the season will have 16 total episodes, and it will air in two blocks of eight. That gives Netflix plenty of time to work out a deal with the devil.

Yes we need more Lucifer he is so much like me funny and sharp I just love the way people screw up and have to pay for there sins keep going great job
The show possibilities are endless. I refuse to believe they aren’t capable of finding writers who are creative enough to follow this storyline for years to come. Ending it early seems lazy. Even if the studio were to lose major players, be imaginative and keep it going!!!
Yes please more and Tom Ellis crucial to the show. Pay up.

YES! YES! YES! I LOVE Lucifer it’s the best show on TV -Netflix should sign them up for 10 seasons and let the Lucifans relax. We have all been purgatory for too long working to keep this series alive. There is so much more to explore with this storyline and fantastic cast. Finally the fans have made the corporate executives actually give them a show THEY want.
