A reimagining of the classic television series from the 1980s, this action-adventure drama centers around a twenty-something problem-solving adventurer.
Angus “Mac” MacGyver (Lucas Till) creates a clandestine organization within the United States government where he uses his extraordinary talent for unconventional problem solving and vast scientific knowledge to save lives.
MacGyver’s team of experts join him on high-risk missions around the globe. They include maverick former CIA agent Jack Dalton (George Eads); Patricia Thornton (Sandrine Holt), an ex-field agent turned director of operations; and Riley Davis (Tristin Mays), an unpredictable computer hacker with a chip on her shoulder. At home, MacGyver is entertained by his ambitious roommate, Wilt Bozer (Justin Hires).
Under the aegis of the Department of External Services, MacGyver takes on the responsibility of saving the world, armed to the teeth with resourcefulness and little more than bubble gum and a paper clip.

Absolutely should not have been cancelled, and I hope to see them get the chance to continue on Paramount+ or for another network/streaming service to buy the rights so we can continue with the stories that have been left unfulfilled. #SaveMacGyver
This show was great and could have continued for several more seasons
Even after signing petitions and putting up billboards all over america and maybe other countries didn’t work. My hopes are that Macgyver could get picked up. I’m hoping that netflix doesn’t pick it up because they make episodes short and cancel the show anyways. This show has been my comfort show and it pisses me off to see something amazing get thrown away. Please continue signing those petitions!
Hate to see this show go away Always interesting and great entertainment. Makes no sense getting rid of something that is really good.

My.husband remember the original MacGyver && we watch it every week. The new one is a good show, Seven years is a long time. Is there any way to see a spin-off? There is going to be one from N.C.I S. Why not MacGyver?? Oh by the way, the wife likes the also.
This show is OK. But not even close to good as the original one.
RDA is the real and only Macgyver.
You can’t do this to me. You tried to screw me with NCIS: LA, by changing the days. I love this show. I didn’t care for the original show. I never liked it. I could list some of these crazy shows you got out now, that should be cancelled.

CBS, Covid 19 set a lot of us in front of TVs. We became acquainted with the heroes of MacGyver and Magnum. After this past year of having this to look forward to you now pull our friend off your network. This past year has been sad enough dont you think?
I’ve been thinking. Could this be payback because they told on the old producer? I mean they have 6 million viewers every Friday so why? Or could it be because hes’ white? I cant figure it out. Do not cancel this show.
ABC pick up MacGyver and keep it going! CBS you are cutting off your nose to spite your face. We are in summer – new shows wont do well… but the ones we like will

Levy has a great talent and she is the best actress and could beat up all kodac villains i love 2 watch my 5 episodes that all i can bare 2 watch keep up that great work #1 fan
