“We have to choose.” NBC just released a new promo for the upcoming return of New Amsterdam.

The freshman medical drama stars Ryan Eggold as Dr. Max Goodwin, a caring and charming physician whose goal is to fix a broken medical system and to provide exceptional care to the people who need it most. The cast also includes Freema Agyeman, Janet Montgomery, Jocko Sims, Anupam Kher, and Tyler Labine.

New Amsterdam returns to NBC on April 9th at 10 p.m. ET/PT.

New Amsterdam was renewed for a second season by NBC back in February.
