What’s This TV Show About?
Streaming on the Netflix paid subscription platform, The Ranch stars Ashton Kutcher, Danny Masterson, Sam Elliot, Debra Winger, Grady Lee Richmond, Laura Vallejo, Elisha Cuthbert, Bret Harrison, and Kelli Goss. Set in Garrison, Colorado, this sitcom follows the dysfunctional Bennett family on their Iron River Ranch. Each season of 20 episodes is split into two 10-episode parts, and Netflix primarily ignores season numbering entirely, by using the sequential “part” numbers, instead.
The multi-camera comedy centers Colt (Kutcher). After a fifteen year absence, including a short, failed semi-pro football career, Colt returns home to help his big brother Jameson “Rooster” (Masterson) and father Beau (Elliott) run the ranch. Maggie (Winger) is Colt and Rooster’s mother and owns the local bar. A free-spirit who also grows weed, she is separated from the curmudgeonly Beau and lives in a trailer behind her business.

We don’t have wonder if The Ranch will be cancelled or renewed in the near future, because the season two renewal covered both the current part three and the upcoming part four. I just started watching the Ranch and have already caught up through the 3rd season. It is great, funny and serious I hope it runs for some time. I am sorry to hear about “Rooster” leaving the show. I think he should have been found guilty before firing him!

I love The Ranch, it’s a large part of the reason I subscribe to Netflix. I love Ashton Kutcher. We watched the first two seasons in one weekend. It was that good. I have to be honest the quality has diminished, but I have hope.
Netflix has cancelled House of Cards because of Kevin Spacey and his sexual assault accusations. Danny Masterson needs to be replaced in order for me to continue watching The Ranch.
How do you know he is guilty, has he been convicted?
