What’s This TV Show About?
An NBC techno-thriller, Reverie stars Sarah Shahi, Dennis Haysbert, Sendhil Ramamurthy, Jessica Lu, Kathryn Morris, and John Fletcher. The drama centers on human behavior expert Mara Kint (Shahi), who retired from her career as a hostage negotiator, after a personal tragedy. Her old boss, Charlie Ventana (Haysbert), has now tapped Mara for a mission to save regular people who have essentially lost themselves in an immersive virtual-reality experience, which lets them live out their wildest fantasies and most dearly held dreams.

PLEASE do NOT cancel Reverie!!! It’s one of the best shows on TV for many reasons!! The actress that stars as Mara King is an excellent actress, as all of the cast! There is not enough advertising of the series – no one even knew about it when I told them about this fantastic new show! It’s such an excellent concept with excellent stories & it’s done with so much compassion & such amazing possibilities!! I love sci-fi. This seems to be an updated version of Fantasy Island. So far I’ve enjoyed the series..please renew the next season. I’m interested, to find out what happens to Mara.
My husband and I have very different tastes- I am mostly into reality tv- but we both LOVE Reverie! Please don’t cancel it!!!
As a fan of the Resident and 9-1-1, I am croasing my fingers for season 2 for these two amazing series Emerald City and Reverie. I hope lol.
I found the series late, but I absolutely love it! Please do not cancel. I’m sure Reverie’s ratings will rise with another series and more people talking about it.

For all those saying this is a fresh unique idea/show, it isn’t, it’s been done before in tv series and many films, there was a series similar to this called Sleepwalkers and it was 10x better. I only watched the 1st episode of Reverie, it’s so boring, hopefully it will get cancelled and replaced with something better.

i love reverie it is so good it draws you in and makes you want to see what happens next and continue to watch it. I like Mara kint how she helps people and even after what happened with her sister and niece niece and brother in law and has been able to move forward even though it took time she is strong and I hope that you guys renew it for a second season. Love the show. Waiting for season two.
Reverie did start slow but by the 3rd episode it sucked you in and you wanted more. It’s a refreshing change to have a scifi series that’s a new idea. I pray the NBC gods give it a second chance. YES for season 2.
Reverie is unique – it should NOT be cancelled. Without being preachy, the storylines address topics of PTSD, the societal “disconnect” and escapism through technology, and the physical and psychological effects of past traumas, buried memories and regret. Great cast, well written – give Reverie another season.
Not really a fan of this show, it had way too many flaws. Honestly won’t miss it if it’s cancelled.
Please renew Reverie! I love this show!
