BEVERLY HILLS, CA – July 26, 2019 – Hallmark Drama, Crown Media Family Networks’ third linear network, will debut two new, original movies in 2020 as part of its strategy of adding original content to the schedule. Slated to debut in 2020, the sequel to the original movie “JL Family Ranch” and the latest installment of fan-favorite movie franchise “Signed, Sealed, Delivered” will mark the latest offerings of Hallmark Drama’s growing slate of proprietary original content and serve as the first original movie premieres developed for the burgeoning network. The announcement was made today as part of Crown Media Family Networks’ bi-annual Television Critics Summer Press Tour.
Starring Jon Voight, Teri Polo, James Caan, Bo Derek, Dylan Walsh, Trevor Donovan Judson Mills, Abby Brammell, and Skyler Shaye the story of “JL Family Ranch,” follows the trials and tribulations of a veteran rancher and former sheriff as he fights the federal bureaucracy to keep his family ranch when a grudge-seeking enemy attempts to throw land ownership into question with false documents.
From acclaimed executive producer Martha Williamson, “Signed, Sealed, Delivered” has been one of Hallmark Movies & Mysteries’ most beloved franchises. The comedic drama follows the lives of postal workers – known as the POstables – who transform themselves into an untraditional team of detectives to track down intended recipients of undeliverable mail. Their missions take them out of the office into an unpredictable world where redirected letters and packages can save lives, solve crimes, reunite old loves and change futures by arriving late but somehow on time. Having first premiered on the network in 2014, the franchise stars Eric Mabius, Kristin Booth, Crystal Lowe, and Geoff Gustafson, who are all reprising their roles.”
What do you think? Are you a fan of the Signed, Sealed, Delivered franchise? Will you watch the new movie?
Can’t wait for the new movie!!! Just watched all 12 previous episodes of Signed Sealed and Delivered on Hallmark Movies Now. Wonderful writing and acting. Beautiful job, production team! You all touch my heart and make me cry in a good way, each episode.
Why is it being moved to a new premium channel not available without purchasing. It should remain where it started on the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries channel. You now have a strong fan base with the movies and to up viewership on the Drama channel are moving it. I love the movies and the message they deliver but it seems Hallmark is missing the message.
I agree with you all the way. They should leave it where it is. People are not going to pay for the drama channel to watch signed, sealed, and delivered when we already pay for direct or dish. But love the show.
I would watch it but hallmark got greedy and added another channel we have to pay for and put it on there instead of the original hallmark movies and mysteries channel. Not only is it an added monthly charge that I can’t afford, but my cable company doesn’t even carry hallmark drama. Shame on you Hallmark for putting on great shows , then adding another channel we have to pay for and putting those shows on there. Now your loyal fans like me can’t see the shows we love. That’s so not fair.
I love Signed, Sealed and Delivered. I would definitely watch it – but why does it have to be on Hallmark Drama channel? I don’t have that channel. Bummer
I love this show…!!! Thank you for bringing it back!
As I understand it the new sign sealed and delivered movies are going to be on the Hallmark dramas channel only? if so I won’t be watching them because I’m not going to pay extra for that new channel. it’s too bad because I really enjoyed the movies and also the hour-long shows that used to show every week on the regular Hallmark channel’s.
Exactly how I feel. So terrible that hallmark did this to us. We are loyal fans and deserve better.
So pleased! What a wonderful Discovery for me Signed Sealed and Delivered has been for me. So we’ll done.
I can hardly wait! So glad to know they’ll be back. Love this series.
I love Signed Sealed Delivered and have watched all the movies, but I won’t be subscribing to this new channel, so I guess I won’t be able to watch it. I am not willing to increase my satellite bill by subscribing to more Hallmark channels. I am already paying over $100.00 a month to watch TV and that is ridiculous.
We stopped our cable TV and switched to internet TV … we get 58 channels including 3 Hallmark channels for 20.00 a month, no contract. Its called Philo tv.
Thanks for the info. My bill is way too high so I will be trying this!!! Appreciate the info!!!!
Can’t wait to see the new movie. Wish they’d make more. Love all the actors awesome postables. Excellent & outstanding movies .There the best!!!
Yes! I can’t wait to see the new movie! This is the best series ever!
