The beat won’t go on for one FOX series. The network has cancelled their Star TV show so it won’t be back for a fourth season.
A music industry drama, Star’s cast includes Queen Latifah, Brandy Norwood, Jude Demorest, Ryan Destiny, Brittany O’Grady, Amiyah Scott, Quincy Brown, Miss Lawrence, Luke James, Lance Gross, Luke James, Matthew Noszka, and William Levy. The series, set in Atlanta, follows the story of three talented young female singers and their rise to fame. The third season picks up three months after the conclusion of season two as Star (Demorest) returns home and the fates of Alex (Destiny) and Simone (O’Grady) are revealed.
The third season of Star on FOX is averaging a 1.08 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 3.58 million viewers. Compared to season two, that’s down by 18% in the demo and down by 13% in viewership. While it’s not one of FOX’s top-rated programs, the series continues to rank in the network’s top 10 series.

I really loved this show and I feel like Lee Daniels should take this To premium channel. Star was really good and I hate that we will not find out what happened to all the people that we shot on the last episode

why isn’t there going to be another star that’s messed up because I really like stall like you should not take it off stars and they should be a full offseason cuz it was actually getting really good you know it was people with signs to wash it again so if you think about put back onto a fourth season of the season cuz it was getting really good.

I can’t believe Star is being canceled.. I have never gotten into a show so much. Then you end the show with many questions to be answered that’s crazy maybe if you advertised it better then maybe you would get a lot more viewers every person I have ever showed this show to hasn’t been able to stop watching it. I’m so tired of the good shows being canceled but this one that’s insane I don’t think I’ve ever been so mad about a show being canceled I don’t understand why Hulu or Netflix can’t buy it out!!!! Every time I get into a show, it gets cancelled. Why are you cancelling Star? That was one of the best shows on Fox. I always looked forward to Wednesday nights to tune into Star and Empire. I was never disappointed. How can you guage how many viewers there are in the age of DVR’s. I think you are making a huge mistake by canceling this show and ending the season 3 like you did. Come on Fox, get real. Bring Star back. We want more!!!!!!!

Put Star back on not too many good shows that can keep a person interested but Star is a good one to keep going
