What were you watching last night? Original network programming, reruns, cable, or something else?
This was the worse Oscars I can recall. NPH was not up to the adlibbing required to make it enjoyable. First there was the long awkward silence when he talked with Steve Carrel in the audience, painful to watch. Then the tasteless, classless underwear on stage. What was he thinking? I have no interest watching inflated egos patting other inflated egos on the back during the Oscars. I’ve found that the movies that have won are not the movies I enjoy, nor do I enjoy mindless movies as well. So of course, I didn’t watch the networks last night, but instead streamed an alternative.
I have not watched the Oscars or any award show for years. I really don’t care who wins what, what is the political flavor of the month Hollywood is wanting to sell me or what they are wearing while doing it. I watch what I want and reward those creative entities by watching their work again. Therefore, I was watching Walking Dead last night.
