There has been a shakeup in the Fall 2020 line-up for CBS. The network has pulled the 41st season of the Survivor TV series from the fall schedule and is moving up season four of SWAT from mid-season to replace it.
CBS revealed the following changes in a press release.
“The multiple Emmy Award-winning THE AMAZING RACE hosted by Phil Keoghan will slide from 9:00 PM to open the night at 8:00 PM, followed by the fourth-season return of military drama SEAL TEAM, starring David Boreanaz, which moves up an hour to 9:00 PM. At 10:00 PM, the fourth season of S.W.A.T., starring Shemar Moore, joins the fall schedule after originally being planned for later in the season.
Producers for SURVIVOR, the Network’s perennial Wednesday 8:00 PM series, are continuing to work with officials in Fiji on the appropriate time to start production on its next edition, with health and safety matters the top priority for everyone involved.”

I am so happy to see Swat returning! It’s one of my favorite shows. It will be especially nice to see Shemar Moore again. I have watch him for years, first when he was playing Malcom in Young & Restless, then on Criminal Minds. He is a great actor!
I’m thrilled Swat and Seal Team will return . Never liked Survivor. Really wish God Friended Me was not cancelled
I love S.W.A.T. and Seal Team. I have never watched ANY of the “reality” shows. I don’t understand why they are even called “reality” shows because they are not “reality”.
That’s sad, we love Survivor but understand. Better to play it safe to ensure this great show’s future.

I never watch SWAT. But THE AMAZING RACE is my absolute favorite show…. And I also love Survivor… Never miss an episode of either one. I think we already have to many cop shows on tv.

Never have aired a single episode of Survivor here in Hell, so I could care less if it’s ever on again. But how exactly are they filming SWAT in time to have the episodes ready for a Fall season premiere?
You can’t exactly do a police “action”show using the “let’s film everybody on Skype/Zoom” gimmick.
Bummer! Last thing I want to see is another ‘cop’ show!
I’m thrilled that SWAT is coming back. I wish Survivor was coming back, but, I’ll just wait until it does, and watch it then.
I too am thrilled that S.W.A.T. is coming back. I couldn’t care less about “Survivor”, never have watched it and never will.

It seems odd that they can’t just go to the island, quarantine for 10 days and get the show rolling. So then in turn how does a show like swat, with a huge amount of crew and stars actually start to shoot their show on a stage set? Something doesn’t see right here. It’s gonna suck without Survivor!
Really love those shows realty compatible ones 2000’s been around 20 years now and The amazing race too is boring now bask then love it need to end not same anyone after 9 season both enough to watch for me.

TV will be boring without Survivor. That is about the only thing on TV worth watching. I hate it will not be on. CBS get them back ASAP. You need them and we need them.
