What’s This TV Show About?
A western family drama on the Hallmark cable channel, When Calls the Heart stars Erin Krakow, Daniel Lissing, Lori Loughlin, Jack Wagner, Martin Cummins, Pascale Hutton, and Kavan Smith. Inspired by the Janette Oke novel, the Hallmark TV series centers on Elizabeth Thatcher (Krakow), a young teacher from a high society background. When she is assigned to teach in a coal country classroom, her life completely changes, particularly when she meets Royal North West Mounted Police Constable Jack Thornton (Lissing).
Season Five Ratings

Will Hallmark cancel or renew When Calls the Heart for season six? Since this show’s ratings rose significantly in seasons three and four, flying a bit blind I think it will get a sixth season, as long as the parties can agree on money. Oh no, you must renew this show, I have been watching since it started, I would be heartbroken if it was not renewed, love this show so much, if it must end not with Jack being dead but they continue on with their dream house and raising a family!

I am so upset the way When Calls the Heart is ending this season.! Being a widow myself I’ve found hope like so many, thru this series. Please don’t end it here with the death of Jack. Elizbeth just can’t live her life a widows life. I just can’t take it!!! Please Please Please don’t let it end here – I beg you!!!
Absolutely LOVE this show!! It would be a real tragedy to cancel the series now. So much to build on for future seasons. I suspect the viewers went down when you had to subscribe to Super Channel to continue watching. We used to watch it on CBC then it was moved to SC….which costs more to subscribe. We are getting SC on a promo right now so we were thrilled to be able to continue watching. But moving it from CBC was a dirty trick!! I would be greatly disappointed if When Calls the Heart had been cancelled. I will be even more upset if Jack Thornton is really dead.
I love ❤️ this show so much that while it is on Netflix I have watched each season and each episode at least 7-8 times all the way through. Seasons 1-4 on Netflix and I have watched season 5 so far on hallmark . Hallmark has awesome shows movies you can actually watch them as a family.
Jack and Elizabeth need to be together for this awesome show to survive, many other people but the chemistry is obvious and needed . I love this show and if Jack is reall dead I won’t watch it again
Please keep this show on Hallmark Channel and PLEASE DONT LET JACK DIE. He can not leave the show. He and Elizabeth have to build their lives together build their home have children PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT KILL HIM IFF THE SHOW. Let this be a mistake !!!!!

Yes this is a great show reminds me of the little house on the prairie shows very Family orientated show a pleasure to watch. Please Don’t cancel one of the few shows that makes you forget your bad day and troubles what a show should be like . I dislike reality shows . Thank you for airing this wonderful show.
