Time hasn’t run out for Jane Doe. The Blindspot TV show has been renewed for a fourth season by NBC. The series, which once seemed like it could be the Peacock Network’s next big thing has hemorrhaged viewers each season, so the renewal is a bit of a surprise. However, the series has a devoted fan base and the network negotiated a license fee reduction last year so that the show has been profitable for NBC.
An NBC crime drama, Blindspot stars Sullivan Stapleton, Jaimie Alexander, Rob Brown, Audrey Esparza, Ashley Johnson, and Luke Mitchell. After amnesiac “Jane Doe” (Alexander) is found in Times Square, FBI Agent Kurt Weller (Stapleton) and his team work to decipher her intricate tattoos. Despite a web of conspiracy and corruption, they begin to uncover the clues therein, as well as Jane’s identity.
Blindspot: A Look at the Ratings
The third season of Blindspot is averaging a 0.62 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 3.30 million viewers. Compared to season two, that’s down by 39% and 33%, respectively. Find out how Blindspot stacks up against other NBC TV shows.

Season 3 was one I listened to in the background but didn’t really watch.
We are very happy that Blindspot is not ending! We love this show and look forward to watching it each week.
So glad this show was renewed. Blindspot, as well as Timeless and Late Night With Seth Meyers are my favorite NBC shows beside the Chicago (Med, PD, and Fire) shows. If you add NCIS, Bull, and Suits – that is all I watch.

Very happy to see Blindspot renewed. It’s not like any other show on and there is always plenty of suspense and intrigue.

This show is such a waste of a time slot. It has basement ratings and is about as honest or moderately tied to reality like a dog is genetically a cat.
It’s just baffling that this show got renewed, again. NBC can do way better than this schlock mess.
I have been dedicated to blindspot since the very first episode! I have been on the edge of my seat since the renewal emails started! even though all of my shows have been renewed on NBC except blindspot…. I had high hopes! Thank you NBC for considering those of us that are dedicated to the show
