Jaime Camil is staying in the CW family. Deadline reports the Jane the Virgin star will guest on the freshman TV show Charmed.
A reboot, the supernatural drama centers on three sisters who discover they have special abilities in the wake of their mother’s murder. The cast includes Melonie Diaz, Sarah Jeffery, Madeleine Mantock, Ser’Darius Blai, Ellen Tamaki, and Rupert Evans.
On Charmed, Camil will be playing “Mr. Morales, the brash and eccentric new Music Director of Hillowne University’s a cappella group, The Hilltones.” The series airs on The CW on Sundays at 9 p.m. ET/PT.

This new ”Charmed” needs to be cancelled! It’s awful!
I watched the first episode and that was a disappointing to my eyes. I know the producers were making a reboot aimed for the new generation. But you need all ages to watch, not just the these technology obsessed generation. Please do not renewal this sorry pathetic version of the on of Arron Spelling creation.
Shocking series, not a patch on the original. Cancel please.
