What’s This TV Show About?
Streaming on the Netflix paid subscription platform, Godless stars Jeff Daniels, Jack O’Connell, Michelle Dockery, Scoot McNairy, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Merritt Wever, Jeremy Bobb, Whitney Able, and Samantha Soule. The 19th century western, from creators Scott Frank and Steven Soderbergh, centers on Roy Goode (O’Connell). After betraying his mentor, the infamous gangster Frank Griffin (Daniels), Roy must go on the run from him and his “brotherhood” of criminals. He seeks refuge at the ranch of the widow Alice Fletcher (Dockery), in La Belle, New Mexico, where women run the show. When the citizens learn Griffin and his gang are on their way, they unite to defend themselves against these notorious outlaws.
Godless ended on November 22, 2017 so there won’t be a second season. Could it be revived in some way? Stay tuned for further updates.

I thoroughly enjoyed godless! There’s just nothing like a good western. Thank you for putting the horse training in the movie what a fantastical touch. I can’t wait for that preacher to clean things up a good bit. Please hurry back with season 2 and many many more!
Haven’t seen a western this good on tv since lonesome dove. If anyone has any sense at Netflix they will extend this fine series!!
A happier ending would be a part 2 of the mini series Godless
Godless is the best western of all time, and I’ve watched a lot of westerns. Even though it did end well , but I’m still a sucker for happier endings.Bring back a season 2 ,please.Just make it a longer mini series

Loved it. Would like to see it continue with season 2. Of course it has to show more of Roy, Alice and the rest of he cast…Bill, Mary Agnes, Iyovi, Truckee, just to mention a few.
