Goliath fans are wondering if they will see a fourth season of the series, which stars Billy Bob Thornton as Billy McBride. The end of season three saw his character in a bad spot, and some might think there is no way for the show continue with that ending.

Season three ended with Thornton’s character shot and left for dead. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, he said the event was both a ‘death and a birth’ for his character. Amy Brenneman, Dennis Quaid, and Beau Bridges were all new additions for season three.
As for the future of the Prime Video series, Thornton said the following about the potential future of Goliath:
“If they’re inclined to do another season, I think I would be inclined to. I think they would be because it’s been a successful show for them. So if we can figure out a way to get me back out there, it could happen.”

My husband and I are fully into ‘Goliath’. Little on TV impresses us but we absolutely love this show. Billy Bob Thornton portrays an awesome character. PLEASE continue the show.
Waiting for season 4..
This show is awesome. There’s always ways to write new stories from impossible endings. Just like SOA. Kurt could have continued the series by opening a season eight with Jax in a coma. That wreck is survivable. The same with Billy McBride. Just three seasons for such a successful show isn’t right. Keep it going. Thornton is doing a great job for the part. I got hooked on this show right away. Keep it up
I love the show and I love Billy Bob’s character! I hope that we will see it return next year.
I always knew what a great actor he was, but I didn’t see the attraction of women toward Billy Bob. After the first season, I was in love. He definitely has something! Wow!
Season 4 would be very, very much welcomed!!….but…please have a better story line/plot. SEASON 3 was lame compared to Season 1& 2….we were somewhat disappointed after waiting over a year to see it 🙁
Bring it back. Season 3 so different. With writing like this, it could go on for a long time to come!!

I read many online reviews. Boys on Reddit panned it, but as a rule, they try to out-snark each other. Reviewers and actual adults on other social media found the 3rd season to be creative, compelling and cinematic in scope. Amy Breneman…now there’s an Oscar worthy performance. No character has ever been so believably gracious and sinister at the same time. The character Patty Solice-Papagian is the gutsy, gorgeous, F-bomb dropping, hilarious friend everybody would want in their corner. Billy Bob Thornton is cool; there’s no better way to describe him. One of the most complex character and amazing cast. It is crime tv with a conscience and exceptionally well written dialogues. The new people who joined the regulars on season 3 were terrific. Each one was more evil than the next, Great performances .
Yes at least a 4th, 5th and so on. The characters are so quirky we love it (my husband and I). We enjoy watching it together. Please more seasons. Thanks!
