TV show description:
After purchasing an engagement ring to give his fiance, Portland homicide detective Nick Burkhardt (David Giuntoli) sees a pretty woman’s face briefly morph into a monster’s. Shortly afterward, he and his partner, Hank Griffin (Russell Hornsby), are called to investigate the violent death of a female college student in the woods. Her limbs seem to have been pulled apart by a superhuman wolf creature. Later, a girl in a red coat disappears.
While at the home of his devoted girlfriend, Juliette Silverton (Bitsie Tulloch), Nick is visited by his Aunt Marie (Kate Burton), a librarian. She pulls him aside but, before she can tell him the reason for her visit, they’re attacked by a monster. Marie is gravely hurt but Nick shoots and kills the monster — who then transforms into a human. The monster’s weapon is decorated with strange writing that spells “Reapers of the Grimms.”
Badly injured, Marie gives Nick a necklace and tells him to guard it with his life. She also tells him that his parent didn’t die in a car accident as he believed — they were murdered. At the hospital, Marie tells Nick that he is one of the last “Grimms,” an elite line of criminal profilers. They are charged with keeping balance between humanity and the mythological creatures of the world. It turns out that the Grimms’ Fairy Tales are true stories and the monsters in them are real.
Nick later inspects Marie’s trailer and finds hidden weapons, books, and other Grimm equipment. He studies an open book and immediately finds a picture of the girl that he saw outside the jewelry store.
While still investigating his case, Nick sees a man named Eddie Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) transform into a wolf. It turns out that he’s not the killer. Monroe explains that there are many different Grimm creatures and not all of them are villainous. Monroe has been able to quell his true nature and exist peacefully with humans, like many Grimm creatures do. With his help, Nick locates the killer, kills him, and rescues the girl.
As Nick tries to hide the dangers of his new found calling from Juliette, Hank, and his boss, Captain Renard (Sasha Roiz), he becomes more entrenched in the ancient rivalries and alliances of the Grimm world. Nick must navigate through the forces of a larger-than-life mythology, facing off with Hexenbiests, Blutbads and all manner of ancient evils.

What do you think? Do you like the Grimm TV show? Do you think it should be ending with season six? Would you have watched a seventh season?

I don’t understand why they ended Grimm. It’s got everything–creativity, sci-fi, mystery, detectives, an ongoing plot, and wonderfully different and odd characters. It’s by far my family’s favorite show of all time. Someone tell me they’re going to allow it to continue in some other venue.
I love the series. The actors were great together. I have watched it from the beginning. Sad to see it go.. but really, couldn’t you have made Kelly not look so ..
Debbie & Glen. So sad Grimm was cancelled. We look forward to watching it on Friday. It is our favorite show. We hope another channel picks it up. Luv all the characters and different plots. So sad.
Its a shame a shame to end the show, just when fans started talking about it at the water cooler!
No show was too good. Could have given us another season. I will miss these guys. Great show.
Here we go again. Another great series bites the dust. When will NBC ever get smart. I hope all the actors in Grimm are successful in their future endeavors! We will miss you!
Great show Love it !!! Why cancel such a inventive show??? Personally I think it should have been left in its original time slot and it’s original day, the ratings would have gone up. But someone has to keep changing what day and time like they change shoes.
I love love this show and so sorry to hear that it is ending. I would have been in for another season or two!
I am hoping there are a lot of people that want this show to continue! If anyone knows how to annoy NBC until it returns, please informvme
I am really shocked and I will miss the show, all the characters very much. It has helped me get through each week even though I’m disabled, I have quite a few laughs and now tears.
I LOVE this show. This always happens, you find a show that you love and the networks cancel it and puts some stupid show in its place! I’m so angry!
Great show. Very sad it’s ending.
i loved grimm great show, yes i would have watched season 7
Great show. Maybe the CW Network would consider picking it up. Smaller ratings don’t affect them as much and they have shown great creativity with the many programs they have now.
My family and I will really miss this great show. This is what we waited for each week. Great cast – hate to see it go! We would watch more if we could. Great writers, hope someone comes up with another creative show like this. Hate most of what is on tv right now.
