What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the FOX television network, Lethal Weapon stars Damon Wayans, Clayne Crawford, Keesha Sharp, Kevin Rahm, Jordana Brewster, Johnathan Fernandez, Dante Brown, Chandler Kinney, and Michelle Mitchenor. The comedic buddy cop action drama centers on two very different cops working together on the streets of Los Angeles. While family man Roger Murtaugh (Wayans) has everything to live for, is there nothing Martin Riggs (Crawford) won’t sacrifice to avenge the loss of his own family? In season two, Murtaugh tries to support Riggs, while still keeping his own family in mind and trying to avoid the chaos his partner seems to seek.
Season One Ratings
The second season of Lethal Weapon averaged a 0.99 rating in the 18-49 viewer demographic and 4.11 million viewers. Compared to season one, that’s down by 37% in the demo and down by 37% in viewers. Learn how Lethal Weapon stacks up against the other FOX TV shows.

Telly’s Take
Will FOX cancel or renew Lethal Weapon for season three? The ratings are way down when compared to the first season’s numbers, likely because the series was moved to a new night and away from the network’s top-rated Empire series. For now, I think it will land a renewal, mostly because FOX has lots of other lower-rated shows. However, there have reportedly been some issues with Crawford so that could scuttle the renewal. Everyone can thank the executives at Fox for ******** up another good TV show! Fox has decided to renew the same boring crap and get rid of a good show,,. nail in the coffin if you ask me! I’m done watching Fox!
As far as I’m concerned since Clayne Crawford won’t be back then go ahead and cancel it! It won’t even be close to the same and will likely not make it anyway. Think of Sleepy Hollow, cast changes ruin an established show.
Why cancel an awesome show like lethal weapon??? Clayne Crawford was the best actor through the whole show!! Either way this show must have a season 3!! I love this show without a doubt!

Why do TV networks cancel all the good shows on TV. I don’t understand why when you have a good show you can’t leave it on nobody wants to watch reality TV it makes me sick. There have been good shows on TV like bones, castle, the closer, major crimes, Rizzoli and Isles, but all the shows of been canceled it all on TV or stupid reality shows who wants to watch Naked and Afraid And all the other stupid shows like that. Cable TV has become totally stupid there are no good shows worth watching!

Seriously? Some of the stars didn’t get along and didn’t talk to each other while off camera? And I thought that this sort of behavior went away after high school!
In the real world, we’ve all had to work with people we disliked but we got the job done anyway; that’s what should have happened here.
Well… I guess that it’s just one fewer shows to watch next year.
If Clayne Crawford leaves the show, cancel it. What makes the show great is the dynamics between him and Damon Wayans. It would be missed – it was my favorite show.

There were 4 Leathal Weapon movies, so there should be at least 4 seasons of the TV series.
