EPs Joe Henderson and Ildy Modrovich, co-showrunners of the cancelled Lucifer TV show on FOX, want to give the devil his due, and the fans are with them. The duo already has plans sketched out for Lucifer season four. They are teasing them out — but just enough so that they won’t spoil the audience, if some guardian angel steps in to save Lucifer for a fourth season.
A FOX fantasy procedural, Lucifer stars Tom Ellis, Lauren German, DB Woodside, Lesley-Ann Brandt, Kevin Alejandro, Rachael Harris, Aimee Garcia, Tricia Helfer, Scarlett Estevez, and Tom Welling. The mystery comedy-drama centers on Lucifer Morningstar (Ellis) who abandoned his throne, retired to Los Angeles, opened up a nightclub, and started helping LAPD Detective Chloe Decker (German) crack cases.

DEADLINE: What did you have planned for season 4?
HENDERSON: As you saw in the finale, Chloe saw Lucifer’s devil face. Finally, proof that Lucifer really is who he said he was. No turning back. Chloe knows the truth.
So that was the big thrust of season 4 – exploring Chloe dealing with those ramifications, and how it affected her relationship with Lucifer. Both professionally and personally. Can you work with the Devil? Can you LOVE the devil?
MODROVICH: And we also had an exciting character from Lucifer’s past who was going to come in and mix everything up. A very personal, intimate figure who we won’t reveal the identity of yet… until we find out if we get the chance to tell the tale on a new network.

I like the idea of Chloe finally believing that Lucifer is the devil. I would love to see more seasons however you decide to make them
I sure hope they have a season 4. I liked how they brought everything together in the season 3 finale.
I definitely want a Season 4 and more. The show is great and it really isn’t fair to leave everything hanging without a proper ending. BRING IT BACK!!!

Was hoping the CW would pick it up I guess that’s a hard no from them too bad really they would have fit right in with the rest of the lineup I really hope they find a new home I’m looking forward to seeing how the show continues to develop
I’ve been watching Lucifer on Amazon Prime, it’s a great series and was shocked to find it’s been cancelled. Is Fox just like our lot here in England, think they know what we want without ever asking. All the good programmes seam to get axed. Ah well it’s their loss.
Would watch if we got the new channel in our satellite package. Have enjoyed all three seasons so far. About time to challenge the relationship with the truth and see what happens!
Why not go for a general public vote on to keep or not keep? Bet Lucifer would NOT have been cancelled. I pray someone sees it as an excellent save and we who love Lucifer have a chance to continue watching this series that does “have it all” comedy, romance, action intrigue, drama, suspense..what’s not to love?
I love this show and hope that they find a home for it. It has it all, was deeply upset when they cancelled it. Please help the fans and bring it back.
You are seriously going to cancel Lucifer? You must have no brains at all! You have a rare gem in this show. Smarter move? Put Seasons 1 – 3 of Lucifer on Prime and Netflix and let people have the summer to get to watch it! I suspect your ratings will increase and you could have a hit in two or so years. Just got a chance to watch the finale and when there were no previews I had a terrible feelong it was the last season. Came here to check, hoping I was wrong. I dont watch many shows on network TV anymore but this is one that I love. Here’s hoping some other network picks it up…
I always loved this show. Everyone who I know who has watched Lucifer loved it. I hope Lucifer will be given the chance to air Season 4 and more seasons after that
