What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the CBS television network, Magnum PI stars Jay Hernandez, Perdita Weeks, Zachary Knighton, Stephen Hill, Tim Kang, and Amy Hill. This reboot of the 1980s TV show follows Thomas Magnum (Hernandez), a decorated former Navy SEAL who repurposes his military skills to become a private investigator. He lives in a guest cottage on Robin’s Nest, the luxurious estate where he works as a security consultant to supplement his P.I. business. The “majordomo” of the property is Juliet Higgins (Weeks), a beautiful and commanding disavowed MI:6 agent who keeps Magnum in line. When Magnum needs back-up on a job, he turns to his trusted buddies and fellow POW survivors, chopper pilot Theodore “TC” Calvin (Hill) and Orville “Rick” Wright (Knighton), a former Marine door-gunner who now runs a nightclub. Magnum frequently has run-ins with police detective Gordon Katsumoto (Kang) and the two are more alike than either cares to admit. Teuila “Kumu” Tuileta (Hill) is one of Magnum’s biggest fans and is also the unofficial “House Mom” and cultural curator of Robin’s Nest.
Season Two Ratings
The second season of Magnum PI averaged a 0.65 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 6.66 million viewers. Compared to season one, that’s down by 27% in the demo and up by 11% in viewership. Find out how Magnum PI stacks up against other CBS TV shows.

I would like to see this show come back. I was a faithful fan of the show. When the time slot changed from Monday to Friday, it was tough because of obligations on Friday nights. Hated to miss. Would love it to come back.
This show is light hearted & delightful in a world filled with Pandemic stress. The good guys most always won here. There are many of us who were around for the original & seniors do matter. I look forward to seeing my dream Ferrari in every episode-its cathartic. PLEASE do NOT CANCEL this show.
Yes we love this show it needs to be renewed .we like it so better than the original but we love tom selleck also but tom is a cowboy please keep it on
This is a great show with a perfect cast and I always look forward to watching it. Don’t cancel a decent program. Car lovers like me love to see the Ferrari every week. The story line has improved as the show progresses. Very unique and nothing similar to it. I give it 5 stars

Please, renew Magnum P.I. It is my favorite reboot. The cast works seamlessly. I am sick of the reboot of Hawaii 5-0. I cannot stand to hear Steve and Danny bickering any longer. I miss Chin and Kono.
I agree. Also the writing on 5-0 is rediculous. I was very skeptical about PI but I really enjoy it.

Please, please renew the show. The characters are coming together in a great ensemble. The scenery is fabulous too! We watch live every week, when I DVR everything else.

Please , please , please renew Magnum for another season. All the characters and really coming into their parts and relationships with each other. Great show , packed with action, beautiful scenery , great bits of comedy and character interaction. Keep one of what I think is a great cbs show.

Hope they renew this series. Was a fan of the original series and didn’t think the new series would be as good. I was gladly surprised by the great new cast.
