What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the ABC television network, Once Upon a Time centers on Emma Swan (Jennifer Morrison). Although for the first 28 years of her life, Emma believed herself an orphan, she is in fact the daughter of Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin) and Prince “Charming” aka David (Josh Dallas). To exact revenge on her step-daughter Snow, the Evil Queen Regina (Lana Parrilla) cast the Dark Curse. It swept up all the residents of the Enchanted Forest, stripped them of their identities, and deposited them in our world. But then, Henry Mills (Jared Gilmore) found Emma — his biological mother — and brought her to Storybrooke. As the destined Savior, she broke the curse. However, that allowed Mr. Gold aka Rumplestiltskin (Robert Carlyle) to bring magic to town. Because magic always comes with a price, Emma’s mission is not over. The series also stars Emilie de Ravin, Colin O’Donoghue, and Rebecca Mader.
Season Six Ratings
The sixth season of Once Upon a Time is averaging a 0.94 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 3.15 million viewers. Compared to season five, the show is down 32% and down by 28%, respectively. Learn how Once Upon a Time stacks up against the other ABC TV shows.
On May 11, 2017, Once Upon a Time was renewed for a seventh season.

Telly’s Take
Despite declining ratings, it looked like Once Upon a Time would be renewed for a final seventh season. Now, star Jennifer Morrison has committed to appearing in only one more episode if the show is renewed. Can the show continue without one of its core characters (ala ABC’s plan for season nine of Castle)? I don’t think so and suspect that Once Upon a Time will end with season six.

This used to be a good show once upon a time before the writers became obsessed with a pirate and drove the show into the ground, should be cancelled.
I used to love the show but it’s way past ruined at this stage just cancel it.
OUAT is stale and boring, they’ve run out of characters and stories to ruin, time for ABC to bring in something new and get rid of this dead weight show.

Thanks to the Disney live action remakes of their classics there is no longer a market for a show like Once anymore because the remakes are better than anything in the show now and there is no CS in them either. We’re seeing our favourite characters get their happy endings on the big screen so we don’t need OUAT anymore and just as well because it’s rubbish now.
The show is on it’s last legs and it’s painfully obvious that it is please cancel it, the storylines are repetitive and boring with endless retconning and no attention to the details or rules established in previous seasons, OUAT will never again be the show it once was.
Always an interesting story line. Renew.

Cancel it, please, the show has no dignity left in it, I’ve been a fan of OUAT from the very beginning and I can safely say I’ve never seen a show go so far downhill so fast, this show is not what it used to be at all, it’s a joke, the writing is awful and the only people still enjoying it are CSers and they’re the only ones the writers are still catering to and that is painfully obvious when you see the ratings dropping every week, this show should be scrapped.
Please don’t cancel my favourite show. I have been watching it since the beginning and the stories keep getting better every year. Once Upon A Time is the best show on tv, it has so much potential for season 7, so please RENEW it ABC. Thankyou.
