What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the FOX television network, Star stars Queen Latifah, Benjamin Bratt, Jude Demorest, Ryan Destiny, Brittany O’Grady, Amiyah Scott, Quincy Brown, and Miss Lawrence. The show follows three young talents as they navigate the cut-throat music business. With Carlotta (Latifah) as their new manager, and a deal with Midtown Sound, Star (Demorest), Alexandra (Destiny) and Simone’s (O’Grady) lives will never be the same. Meanwhile, Cotton (Scott) is out of prison, and Derek (Brown) and Alexandra have to come to terms with the fact that he may not walk again, while Jahil’s (Bratt) fate remains uncertain.
Season Two Ratings
The second season of Star averaged a 1.32 rating in the 18-49 year old viewer demographic and 4.12 million viewers. Compared to season one, that’s down by 2% in the demo and down by 2% in viewership. Learn how Star stacks up against the other FOX TV shows.

This show is amazing love the music . It has kept me on the edge of my seat since season 1 episode 1 .. I look forward to these episodes every week. And the music never gets old I love there sound way better than what is often played on the radio..

I didn’t know that the show was out I have seen season 1 and season 2 and I really like it and would love for you guys to bring it back I love all the characters but my favorite characters are star and Derek please don’t take this off I really do would like to see it again for a third season and hopefully for a fourth season

Please renew Star it is an amazing show with drama, humor, suspense, great music, and great acting. It deserves another season and if not at least give it a proper ending!
I love star and although you all may not enjoy that it can be a bit ghetto and immaturity, thats what teenagers do plus it wouldn’t be the good story line without all the dram because ladies and gents thats what happens when you trying to get somewhere . especially from bottom up, down and under. Its a constant struggle if you don’t have connections or as star has done created a female actor that believes sleeping her way to the top is executable.
