The beat won’t go on for one FOX series. The network has cancelled their Star TV show so it won’t be back for a fourth season.
A music industry drama, Star’s cast includes Queen Latifah, Brandy Norwood, Jude Demorest, Ryan Destiny, Brittany O’Grady, Amiyah Scott, Quincy Brown, Miss Lawrence, Luke James, Lance Gross, Luke James, Matthew Noszka, and William Levy. The series, set in Atlanta, follows the story of three talented young female singers and their rise to fame. The third season picks up three months after the conclusion of season two as Star (Demorest) returns home and the fates of Alex (Destiny) and Simone (O’Grady) are revealed.
The third season of Star on FOX is averaging a 1.08 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 3.58 million viewers. Compared to season two, that’s down by 18% in the demo and down by 13% in viewership. While it’s not one of FOX’s top-rated programs, the series continues to rank in the network’s top 10 series.

This is just crazy how can you end an awesome show like that. With a really huge cliffhanger. At least do one final episode or something.
At least do some type of mini series to wrap up the show! You can’t end a show like that!! It’s an awful way to leave dedicated fans hanging

ok so i know the ratings may be low for “Star” but y’all cant just cancel the show just at least make the one last season because the way that last episode ended it has to be some type of follow up behind it.
This is not okay they can’t cancel season 4 especially how they left the last episode of season 3 they need to make anther one like I love this show I’m honestly addicted and no offensive but whoever cancelled this is a *******

I think the TV series Star needs a proper ending. Season 3 I thought was the best season and to drop it like that is not far to us fans of the show Star.

I love watching the show Star! I want to keep being able to watch it and I know the fans do too. It’s the only show that I keep up with. I love season 1,2,3 and I’m praying for number 4. They can’t cancel it. All the fans are begging for more!!!!!
There’s a million people disappointed that Star was cancelled! So you mean to tell me with all the people mad about the show, that wasn’t enough to keep it going? There needs to be a season 4 and honestly more!!!!!!
