In the series finale of ABC’s Supernanny, Jo Frost travels to Houston, Texas to work with the Evans family whose mom died of breast cancer a year earlier. Jo lost own her mother to breast cancer when she was growing up. “To me, this is the end of the world!,” laments 6-year-old Michael, who misses his mother terribly and feels his memories of her slipping away.
Dad Gary is trying his best to raise Michael and younger sons Sean, 4 and Dylan, 3, on his own, but he’s overwhelmed and can’t bring himself to enforce the rules his wife established for the boys. The boys act out, there’s lots of sibling fighting and their screaming can be deafening at times.
In addition, Dylan still isn’t potty trained, and all the boys are picky eaters and devoted to unhealthful foods. When Sean acts up over not getting candy and Jo puts him into his first time out in ages, an epic standoff takes place. Can Jo help this grieving family find peace?

Jo’s technique has proven to be effective. This is a touching episode and this Father is an amazing example of true Men still exist. He will raise 3 other fine men that this world needs. It also show that children no matter how young, suffer deeply from the loss of a loved one. How are they now?
my work is all done
This was one of the few shows with real redeeming qualities. Not only did the show families receive invaluable help, but I believe many viewer families did as well. I and my wife will miss it.
I am so sad to see this series end. Jo is a miracleworker. She has helped countless families both the families she visits and those of us wo watch. I wish Jo the best of luck in whatever the future holds for her.
One of the shows I look forward to every week. I would like to see reruns for the ones that have been missed.
I wish Jo the very best. She is a genius in helping parents and children.
You can watch online, also style network is playing them now! 🙂
Please cancel this show and every other reality show on TV. They are not real but they do suck.
Jo Frost is wonderful!
Regarding the Evan’s Family: Can you tell me how this family is doing now? This show was probably filmed awhile ago; I’m curious as to how the father is doing in the care of the three sons. They are such cute little boys and their father is so nice with them. Does he have other family members that help him out? I hope so.
