Why does Supernatural have to end? Recently, stars Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles explained why the CW TV show is ending after season 15, TVGuide reports.
The long-running drama series centers on the paranormal adventures of the Winchester brothers, Dean (Ackles) and Sam (Padalecki). The cast also includes Misha Collins and Alexander Calvert.
During a recent fan convention, Padalecki and Ackles revealed the decision to end Supernatural was a “community” choice, not a cancellation:
We wanted to communicate to you guys this was a community decision. The network and the studio did not say, ‘Hey, guys, get outta here! You’re done.'”
Ackles expanded:
It wasn’t an easy decision. It was months and months, if not years, of discussion between he [Padalecki] and I, between the rest of the cast, between the crew, between our writers, between our producers, between the studio, between the network. Nobody wanted to see this show fizzle out. I think that it was everyone wanting to do the biggest service to the show that we could by going out strong. It just seemed like the writing was kind of on the wall as to when that was happening. Everybody kind of felt that it was coming soon, and so it was just taking that leap of faith of going like, ‘Well guys, let’s get out the paint and paint that finish line because what we’ve accomplished is unlike any other.'”
Supernatural‘s 15th and final season will debut on The CW during the 2019-2020 season. You can take a look behind the scenes at the season 14 finale below:

I love Sam and Dean there the best I would love to meet them in person before I die but I know that would never happen am in bad health I am 52 years old but they got me through a lot watching there tv show I hope they do a 16 good luck guys hope to see it 16

I am truly sorry to see supernatural leaving my home.i always refer to the guys as my boys.lets see what my boys are up too now.cant believe it’s been 15 years.i wish all the cast good health and happiness in all the years ahead.you will all be missed

What I’ve read about the last season of supernatural still doesn’t make it clear at least to me the reason why it’s ending. I love that show, i binge it everyday. PLEASE DON’T END MY FAVORITE SHOW.
Ending this show is so wrong. It’s the only good show left out there.
