CNBC has decided to cancel The Kudlow Report at the end of this month, reports Deadline. Host Larry Kudlow has been with the cable channel for a quarter of a century and has been hosting The Kudlow Report for the past five years.
Kudlow is staying with CNBC and will be a senior contributor for other business programs on the channel. Now word as yet about what will fill the 7pm timeslot once Kudlow’s show ends.
What do you think? Have you watched The Kudlow Report? Will you miss it?
Kudlow is the best show of its kind on TV. That his ratings are declining shows how ignorant and ill educated Americans are becoming. One needs an attention span longer than a nano second to appreciate Larry and his guests. Hopefully he’ll end up on another network. Sad times in the free world.
Is this the same network owners that gives us MSNBC with Chris Matthews. The Kudlow report should continue and without it, most people will move over to Fox and watch On the Record with Greta Van Susteren Does CNBC really pay people for making these decisions? Keep Kudlow !
I have been watching Larry Kudlow for several years and I enjoy the show. I enjoy a conservative view and Larry’s is real similar to mine. If I had to guess, he is probably a little too conservative for CNBC! I too consider him to be a great American and he tends to call it like it is. Good luck to Mr. Kudlow in the future.
An exceptional show based on mature and diverse analyses presented by outstanding experts in different economic fields. Always structured like a college course of ” business policy” bringing forth years of experience of each participant with recommendatios for improving economic conditions for everyone in this country.
GOOD LUCK LARRY !!!

Love this show. Free market capitalism is the key to prosperity. Thank you, Larry.

I look forward to Larry’s show every evening. I have learned a ton listening to him and his guests. I hope he stays on tv in more than just an occasional commentator role.
1.What did we accomplish. Thousands of civilians and soldiers killed. Billions of dollars spent and wasted. For what, just to say we won. 2.Yes 3.No 4.Yes 5.Yes 6.It’s always better when more people have access to health care and are actually paying something for it,instead of a free ride at the emergency room. 7.When was it ever safe? 8.When did we ever have good relationship with Russia? 9.Who has ever been able to stop Iran? Should we start one more war? 10.It’s as good as it needs to be. 11.North Korea has been a problem for ever president since Harry… Read more »
After George W. Bush and Dick Cheney all of us Republicans, Democrats and Independents were certainly looking for ” hope and change”. All is not well, but it is an improvement, if one is not brainwashed by Fox News, as many of your quotes suggest. Dan H.
What’s improved? 1. Two wars that we won are now lost. One was Obama’s “good war.” 2. Is the economy better? 3. Are incomes better? 4. Is employment better? 5. Is job force participation better? 6. Is health care better? 7. Is the world safer? 8. Is our relationship with Russia better? 9. Have we stopped Iran from getting a nuclear weapon? 10. Do we have a better relationship with Europe? 11. Is North Korea better? 12. Is Eastern Europe safer? 13. Is the national debt reduced (better, in case you’re wondering)? 14. Is education better? 15. Is energy cheaper?… Read more »
You left out ….. Are race relations better?
All his show amounted to was a commercial for the republican party. His fans must not be free thinking individuals, who enjoy listening to both sides of an argument and not his stacked ultra conservative panelist. Glad to see you go. Dan H. An Independent
Independents gave us Barack Obama, a man with no experience other than community organization; an inability to commit beyond a vote of present; no moral center; no guiding principles except re-election by pure demagoguery; and no goal other than accumulating and maintaining power.
Barack Hussein Obama was thus the perfect candidate for the independent voter who generally also has no non-negotiable guiding principles and seeks only a peaceful life without controversy. “Hope and change,” the guiding light for BHO and “good” independents.
Larry Kudlow is the premier reporter for business and financial news and for integrating that with news of the day. I will sorely miss his program. He should be looking for another venue, e.g., FNC or FBN.
I have been a regular watcher of the Kudlow Report for current events with a business emphasis. His free market mantra resonates with this business owner.
I have been watching since the Kudlow & Cramer days. I have never liked Larry, mostly do to his yelling and interrupting. With that said it is a great overall show with great subjects that are current and I will miss this show a lot. I hope they replace it with the same content.
I will miss the Kudlow Report which I have watched faithfully,
as often as possible. No other program on TV offers the same analysis
of how politics and economics shape the lives of everyone on this planet.
Too bad such an insightful program is being taken off the air. I don’t
know anything about ratings. But if the program is being cancelled
because of poor ratings, it’s only because viewers are not intelligent
enough to discern good from bad programs and the network did not know how to promote it. TOO BAD!
Loss of Kudlow’s program is more than a loss of insightful programing on public policy. In our democracy, citizens who do not have an understanding of the importance of free markets to society’s material well being and to individual liberty are prey to populist demagogues. Kudlow, more than any other program, provided an opportunity for a better educated citizenry and more intelligent public discourse on the major issues facing our country. Kudlow is a national asset. Shame on Comcast for silencing a voice of reason. Was it really ratings, or is owner Comcast currying favor with an administration routinely skewered… Read more »
