Showtime has a new legal drama coming up. The network just announced Michael Stuhlbarg and Sofia Black-D’Elia have joined the upcoming TV show, Your Honor.
The drama series “is a legal thriller that rips through all strata of New Orleans society. Bryan Cranston stars as a respected judge whose son Adam (Hunter Doohan) is involved in a hit-and-run that leads to a high-stakes game of lies, deceit and impossible choices.”
On Your Honor, Stuhlbarg will be playing “Tommy, the much-feared head of a crime family” and Black-D’Elia has been cast as “Frannie, Adam’s girlfriend.”

LOS ANGELES – August 2, 2019 – Screen Actors Guild Award(R) winner Michael Stuhlbarg (Call Me by Your Name) and Sofia Black-D’Elia (The Night Of) have signed on to star in the highly anticipated SHOWTIME limited series, YOUR HONOR, starring Oscar(R) nominee and Emmy and Tony(R) winner Bryan Cranston. Stuhlbarg will play Tommy, the much-feared head of a crime family. The announcement was made today by Gary Levine and Jana Winograde, Presidents of Entertainment, Showtime Networks Inc., at the Television Critics Association’s Summer Press Tour.

Black-D’Elia will portray Frannie, Adam’s girlfriend. YOUR HONOR is executive produced by Emmy nominees Robert and Michelle King (The Good Fight, The Good Wife, Evil) and Liz Glotzer (Evil, The Good Fight). BAFTA winner Peter Moffat – whose Criminal Justice was the basis for The Night Of – serves as showrunner and executive producer and has written multiple episodes, including the first episode. Emmy nominated writer/director Edward Berger (PATRICK MELROSE) is directing the first three episodes and executive producing. YOUR HONOR will go into production this fall.”
