The Pretty Little Liars won’t be so little anymore. Today, ABC Family announced it will be airing a behind-the-scenes special, Pretty Little Liars: Five Years Forward, on November 24th.
The special will feature details for the series’ upcoming season premiere in January, which will jump ahead five years in the story.
The first part of the series’ sixth season ended in August and will continue on January 12, 2016 on Freeform, ABC Family’s new name.

In advance of the celebrated return of the hit original series “Pretty Little Liars,” the cast and crew sit down to discuss the highly anticipated series time jump with “Pretty Little Liars: 5 Years Forward,” a one-hour, behind-the-scenes special airing Tuesday, November 24 at 8:00 – 9:00 p.m. ET/PT.
To give viewers a taste of what’s to come, the special episode will reveal what the Liars have been up to inside and outside of Rosewood over the past five years. In addition to featuring conversations surrounding new careers and love interests, the episode will feature interviews with the team behind the Liars’ new looks. Fans will also be offered a glimpse at brand-new PLL sets and two new scenes that won’t be seen anywhere else. Plus, the PLL moms speculate about what happened to their characters after getting locked in the basement.”

This is one of the few on tv actually have forward thinking writers on it and the fans actually get to keep a show for a long time and breathe new life into it with a whole new direction. Great job!!!!!
