Alicia Coppola is headed to CBS. Deadline reports the Shameless star has joined the network’s new TV show, Blood & Treasure.

The action drama “centers on a brilliant antiquities expert, Danny (Matt Barr), and a cunning art thief, Lexi (Sofia Pernas), who team up to catch a ruthless terrorist who funds his attacks through stolen treasure.”

On Blood & Treasure, Coppola will be playing “Dr. Ana Castilla, a world-renowned adventurer and archeologist.” The series is slated to premiere on CBS in summer 2019.
