Will viewers keep coming back for more in the first season of the Call Me Kat TV show on FOX? As we all know, the Nielsen ratings typically play a big role in determining whether a TV show like Call Me Kat is cancelled or renewed for season two. Unfortunately, most of us do not live in Nielsen households. Because many viewers feel frustration when their viewing habits and opinions aren’t considered, we invite you to rate all of the first season episodes of Call Me Kat here. *Status Update Below.
A FOX multi-camera comedy series, the Call Me Kat TV show is based on the British Miranda series. The U.S. sitcom stars Mayim Bialik, Swoosie Kurtz, Kyla Pratt, Cheyenne Jackson, Leslie Jordan, and Julian Gant. The story follows Kat (Bialik), a woman who struggles every day against society and her mother to prove that she can live a happy and fulfilling life — despite still being single at 39 years old. Kat’s mother, Sheila (Kurtz), views her daughter being single as her own personal failure. After leaving her job as a University of Louisville college professor, Kat spends the money her parents had set aside for her wedding to open a cat café. Working alongside Kat are Randi (Pratt) and Phil (Jordan). As Kat celebrates her independence, her single-forever plans begin to veer off-course. Her former crush and good friend, Max (Jackson), returns to town and takes a job as a bartender at the piano bar across the street and works with his friend, Carter (Gant).

*5/11/2021 update: Call Me Kat has been renewed for a second season on FOX.
Love this new quirky, delightful, and innovative series. Please keep it going. I love all the characters and the performances are great!
Call Me Kat is the highlight of my week. Please, please don’t cancel! Always leaves me with a smile.
Good clean fun! Love Kat.
I think the show has potential, writers, right on! From the first episode to now, I can’t help but thinking of the nasty smell of multiple cat boxes in a “Cafe.”
Where are all the negative comments that were on other sites, are they being removed so that only good comments are shown??
It’s a happy cute show & I’m a cat lover,
We need more shows like this! Please keep Call me Kat going!!
Show would be better if she didn’t talk to the audience!
That is one of the best things about this show
It seems other sites regarding this show are only accepting GOOD comments, and most of them want you to jump through all kinds of loops before you can comment.
I only have one word for this show……STUPID….. I’m shocked that anyone finds this entertaining…….Train Wreck…..
Great show! Mayim is total fun and a great actress! All of the cast work wonderfully together! Keep this show on and keep the humour going! ~ Peace, Marc
I love this show. We need more humor in our life. Please bring it back for another season!
Ugh! Couldn’t watch more than 5 mins. Not funny, boring.
I have been a Miranda fan for years so I was dubious about an American remake. Call Me Kat has won me over, though! I especially love it when it’s more “Kat” and less “Miranda” – I already know Miranda, I want to get to know Kat. Mayim Bialik is absolutely perfect and the rest of the cast is spot on. After the year we’ve all had, we need a show like this!
I love watching “Call Me Kat.” It’s an adorable show with a cool cast. I’m tired of snarky and cynical shows. I like this cast that portrays hope and looks forward to the potential goodness in people even as they struggle through difficulties in their lives. Keep “Kat” going. Finally, a show that actually expresses how l feel about the world: that there’s hope.
Sorry, but this show is unwatchable! Period! I wanted to like it, but the first episode was the least funniest show I’ve ever seen… gave it one more try for episode two, and I gave up half-way through. The writing is terrible! The jokes are Awful! Bialik is over-acting and making it worse! She probably feels how bad it is and is desperately trying to save it — but it can’t be saved!! End this as soon as possible, Please!! Make room for a better show — Jim Parsons, I’m sure, will have better luck with his next project.
