As expected, there won’t be a second season for Gang Related. FOX has cancelled the summer cop drama after one season of 13 episodes.
On Gang Related, a police detective (Ramon Rodriguez) is torn between his allegiance to his job and co-workers and the gang and crime family that raised him. The cast also includes Terry O’Quinn, RZA, Jay Hernandez, Sung Kang, Inbar Lavi, Cliff Curtis, and Shantel VanSanten.

The series debuted at the end of May to a 0.9 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 2.94 million viewers.
That was a poor showing right out of the gate and the ratings got even worse as the weeks progressed.
It ended up being one of FOX’s worst-performing summer series. Despite having a small but loyal audience, it was expected that the network would cancel the show.
The final episode, which aired August 14th, left plenty of things unresolved.

This is really sad news. Another great show cancelled again. I’m tired of all the crap reality TV that stays on air and shows like these get cancelled.
I really enjoyed this show. I hate it has been cancelled. I was really looking forward to the next season. Someone please pick up Gang Related!

I’m really sad to find out there will not be a Gang Related Season 2. 🙁 I was looking forward to knowing if Javier Acosta dies or survives. I will definitely with no doubt in mind watch this show if it comes out in another channel!!!! We want Gang Related Season 2 please! !!! 🙂

I am VERY saddened that the show has been cancel. I thought this show was GREAT and I would have to Watch a second and third or a fourth season.
I loved this show. My whole family was hooked on it. We were looking forward to season 2. The show left so many unanswered questions. I would totally watch it on another channel, it doesn’t matter what channel. My family and I want a season 2 Please..please.. please bring it back.

I would watch it and wouldn’t care for a second which channel it is on. I watched the whole thing on Hulu anyways, I can’t stand cable tv.
This show was great!
This show blows son’s of anarchy out other water. Cancel that show and put this one in its place. This one of the best shows ever. Where do you find the people who rate this. This show seems close to reality with a little bit of Hollywood pump up. People need to open their eyes and see it’s actually happening like this as we speak.

Absolutly loved this show, this was a great show and I hope fox puts back on the air. I still dont understand ratings? in 45 years i have never been approached to be involved in so called ratings. Then for them to cancel it on a cliff hanger jus is plain wrong.
