What’s This TV Show About?
A Hulu supernatural thriller, Light as a Feather stars Liana Liberato, Haley Ramm, Brianne Tju, Jordan Rodrigues, Dylan Sprayberry, Brent Rivera, Katelyn Nacon, Kira Kosarin, Froy Gutierrez, Alisa Allapach, Alex Wassabi, Robyn Lively, Alan Stokes, Alex Stokes, and Adriyan Rae. From creator R. Lee Fleming Jr. and based on the Zoe Aarsen book, the drama centers on centers on McKenna Brady (Liberato), a shy, popular high schooler, whose twin sister, Jennie (Liberato) is deceased. When a new student, Violet (Ramm), introduces McKenna and her clique to a new version of the “Light as a Feather, Stiff as a Board” game, and the girls start dying off, the survivors must get to the bottom of the threat against them. In season two, now that McKenna bears the curse, she refuses to play the game and risk others to save herself. Violet may be her only hope.
As of November 24, 2024, Light as a Feather has not been cancelled or renewed for a third season; Season 2B debuts October 4, 2019. Stay tuned for further updates.
Telly’s Take
Unless they decide to publicize viewership statistics, it is difficult to predict whether Hulu will cancel or renew Light as a Feather for season three. It took them about six months to announce the renewal last time, so we may be in for a long wait. The streaming service has split the second installment into two parts, so fans get eight episodes beginning on July 26th, and the second half starting October 4th. Flying blind, if the first half performs well, I think there’s a good chance that if it is renewed for a third season, that news could come around the time part two premieres. I’ve been waiting for a long time for season 3 but let’s just hope they make another one. this show is so good and I can’t really watch many shows because they aren’t good or because of cancellation. so I really want this to be the show that I can keep watching it has a good story behind it. and they can make another season it just happened to stop on season three leaving me with more questions of what’s gonna happen.

I have a hard time with shows due to the fact of cancellation this show has been good I’m finishing it now from what I’ve read on it it sounds like a season 3 needs to happen I would be kinda pissed if they left me hanging at least make a season where they figure out a way to beat “THE CHRYSALIS”
Good series, watched both seasons in like 3 days. Hopefully a season 3 will come out id love to see that too!!
The story line has played out, the few remaining characters have moved on. Let it end before it becomes a cliche. The show won’t be the same with mostly all new characters. Take a bow on a high note.

There is no question whether or not there should be a 3rd season. It ABSOLUTELY NEEDS to happen!!! I’ve been hooked on this show since it came out! Cancelling the show on such a crazy cliffhanger would just be mean!
Needs to be a 3rd season, what happened to Perri she obviously is still alive!? And what about the boarding school girls with violet being showed in the mirror and then BAM, shows Jenni in violets body!
I hope Light as a Feather gets renewed for a third season, season 2 ended on a cliff hanger! This is such a good show, definitely worth the watch!! Love love love this show!
