TV show description:
This comedy series revolves around a dad who stays home to take care of the kids and discovers it’s harder than he imagined.
A contractor, Adam Burns (Matt LeBlanc) starts spending more time with his kids when his wife goes back to work and discovers a truth that parents eventually realize — their little angels are maniacs. Adam feels fully equipped to take on more parenting responsibilities while his self-assured wife, Andi (Liza Snyder), returns to the workforce after being a stay-at-home mom for 13 years.
Unfortunately, Adam is blindsided by how tough it is to wrangle three messy kids who can’t live without their electronics and Wi-Fi.
Their preteen daughter, Kate (Grace Kaufman), is a master manipulator and is initially thrilled that “Daddy Fun Times” is taking over. Middle child Teddy (Matthew McCann) can’t seem to keep his hands out of his pants — despite constant reminders. Meanwhile, the family’s youngest child is Emme (Hala Finley). She’s nervous about starting kindergarten under the stern supervision of Mrs. Rodriguez (Diana Maria Riva).
In the midst of it all, Adam’s older brother and business partner, Don (Kevin Nealon), enjoys giving him terrible advice about how to run his family. But, with Andi’s encouragement and advice from a couple of equally stressed parents — Marie (Jessica Chaffin) and Lowell (Matt Cook) — Adam takes charge of his brood, lays down the law, and comes to believe he’s going to “nail” this job.
Episode #69 — Happy Ann-RV-sary
Adam tries to give Andi the perfect 20th wedding anniversary gift by recreating their honeymoon.
First aired: June 11, 2020.
What do you think? Do you like the Man with a Plan TV show on CBS? Do you think it should have been cancelled or renewed for a fifth season?
Please bring back!! This is a great show!!
You take off good clean happy shows and then leave all the reality shxx on really who picks the shows!
Seriously another great one cancelled please bring it back.
This was a great, entertaining show and cancelling should be strongly
reconsidered!
CBS you’ve made a mistake..terrific show…do you think that just perhaps ratings may have been affected by covid at the time???? Not the smartest move by programmers.
This was the BEST family TV comedy And I’m VERY sad to see it go…. real life situations and no politics or agenda. No VIOLENCE We need MORE shows like this! I t was an escape for me.
Makes me sad to see a funny, clean show get cancelled when there’s so little shows worth watching these days.
Bring Man With a Plan back!
One of the funniest shows on tv. It seems that today any show without a sleazy dialogue or a pc message is always cancelled. The number of shows we watch gets smaller and smaller. I’m getting close to cancelling my cable.
CBS is full of disappointments!
Networks are ridiculous! You keep a ridiculous show like the Connor’s on and then you cancel Man with a Plan. So very, very sad ~ this was a great show!
I like Man with a plan I hope Irvine’s back
So typical of CBS ! Why would you cancel. The cast is great and this show brings so many laughs. This show helps you smile and brings great conversation among family & friends. Every time CBS has a great comedy they throw it away such a shame. to bad they really don’t reconsider seems nothing funny is left for CBS
I think this is one of the best and funniest shows on TV. I can’t believe its being cancelled. CBS needs to reconsider and reverse their decision to cancel.
I knew it. If I like a show, they cancel it. Typical network B.S. They need to give Stacey Keach his own show. I’ll watch anything with him in it. One of my favorite actors.
