Manifest fans may still receive answers to all the burning questions left by the cancelled NBC TV show. Jeff Rake, the series creator, is still trying to find a way to wrap up the drama for the fans. He originally planned a six-season run for the sci-fi series, but Manifest was cancelled after three seasons on the network.
Fans have been outspoken about the NBC show’s cancellation, and there were talks with Netflix about potentially ordering a fourth season since the first two seasons have performed well on the service.
Rake shared the following on social media about his plans for the series:

Your support is awe-inspiring. We’re trying to find a way to conclude the series. Could take a week, a month, a year. But we’re not giving up. You deserve an end to the story.

This is an excellent series, one of the best I’ve seen in recent years. It is very engaging, the actors have done an excellent job, and it has filled a niche left years ago by the Twilight Zone. While I’m sad it’s been canceled, thanks for hopefully being willing to give us a graceful exit.
This is absolutely horrible to not have answers to the ending of this. So many questions unanswered we want to full 6 seasons. NETFLIX please grab and finish. If not do a movie or something. WE NEED ANSWERS!!!
No. Several shows ended on a cliffhanger, and were never given closure. Fans of this one should do exactly like we did. Deal with it. No favoritism.

Who makes these decisions?!! You cancel a show that is number one in the ratings on Netflix? I just don’t get it. My husband and I watched season one and two on Netflix, happily found season three on Hulu and just finished it tonight. I go looking for when season four is coming out and hear it’s been canceled? One of the best shows I’ve watched in a very long time .. I just can’t believe NBC canceled the show like this .. I guess it’s just the times we’re in … I’ll probably never watch NBC again after this nonsense … NBC give us “your”audience what we deserve
Since it’s an NBC show, it would seem the solution is simple enough…. If you won’t air it on the network, move it to Peacock. That wouldn’t be the best solution for everybody, but Scumcast is the biggest cable/internet provider in the country, and all their subscribers get Peacock for “free”, so that would make the show available to millions. Whether the plan is for one more full season, three more seasons, or some form of a short mini-season (don’t see how one two hour movie could possibly be enough to resolve the story) this would seem to be the… Read more »

Manifest is an amazing show. It reaches on so many different topics that most shows will only show in a one time movie. They made a whole series! Yes please keep it going. If not for a 4th plus season at least a filmed finale to give us the Fans and above all the Actors the well earned resolve we all deserve to have.
