The game is still afoot! Ovation just announced Murdoch Mysteries has been renewed for a 14th season.
The mystery drama, which airs on CBC in Canada, centers on William Murdoch (Yannick Bisson), an innovative Toronto detective who uses radical forensic techniques like fingerprinting and ultraviolet light to solve a range of gruesome murders in the late 1890s and early 1900s. The cast also includes Hélène Joy, Thomas Craig, Jonny Harris, Lachlan Murdoch, and Daniel Maslany.
Neither CBCnor Ovationhave announced a premiere date for season 14 of Murdoch Mysteries yet, but you can see the renewal announcement below:

I’m watching the reruns on ION Plus on the weekends. I enjoy this series and have been watching it whenever I could for approximately 3 years. My favorite episode is the one in which everyone is taken over by creatures from space.
Twice now, I’ve seen the episode that ends with a pair of evil sisters about to do something evil to George and Effie trapped inside something that looks like a tree. Is that the final episode of season 13 or 14?
The Murdock finale on May 1st left me hanging. I love the show. but I have to know will George and Effie get back together. Will the Chief retire? Just curious

I really like Murdock misteries on 51-3 in Phoenix Arizona I watch it every week end al most all day long
I love this show and am so glad it is back. The characters that are introduced that we know are so much a part of why I watch. Thank you for bringing it back again and with all the original cast
This show is great
The first 2 episodes of M-14 are horrible. It seems they have gone slapstick 100%. The 1st episode included a bad impression of Stan Laurel, Julia has been reduced to a “sidekick” laughing at every stupid joke. Episode 2 revolved around Brackenreid’s son and it was a plodding, telegraphed scene for scene, boring 50 minutes. What happened to the writing????
I love Murdoch Mysteries. I’ve watched it from the very beginning. I have 4 of my Grandson’s and my Son and his Wife watching it as well. Please keep the show on the air.

I love this show. The timeline developing of forensic progression and the actors and actresses are perfectly suited for their characters. Outstanding performances. I love this show. Please don’t stop producing series. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
