What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the AMC and BBC America cable channels, NOS4A2 stars Zachary Quinto, Ashleigh Cummings, Jahkara Smith, Olafur Darri Olafsson, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Virginia Kull, Jonathan Langdon, Ashley Romans, Jason David, and Mattea Conforti. From creator Jami O’Brien, the series follows a seemingly immortal being who sustains himself on the souls of children. Season two takes place eight years later and Vic McQueen (Cummings) remains more determined than ever to destroy Charlie Manx (Quinto). Manx, having faced his own mortality, emerges desperate for revenge against Vic. He sets his sights on the person who means most to Vic – her eight-year-old son Wayne (David). The race for Wayne’s soul sends Vic and Charlie on a high-speed collision course, forcing both to confront the mistakes of their pasts in order to secure a hold on Wayne’s future.
Season Two Ratings
On AMC, the second season of NOS4A2 averaged a 0.10 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 381,000 viewers. Compared to season one, that’s down by 52% in the demo and down by 51% in viewership.
On BBC America (where the show is simulcast), the second season of NOS4A2 averaged a 0.02 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 99,000 viewers.

Telly’s Take
Will AMC cancel or renew NOS4A2 for season three? The first season performed well for AMC and this year, NOS4A2 is being simulcast on BBC America so AMC Networks (which owns AMC and co-owns BBC America) is getting more bang for the buck. I hope for season 3! I like the show!! Something new
Honestly, if the show were able to be viewed more than on just a subscription to AMC, it would get more viewers. Hard to know where it would go but left a nice ending for a season 3. Would it spin off on the daughter Milli being a creative like her dad and her vampiric ways? Is Wayne a creative and he doesn’t know yet? What about Maggie? She could be more… So much room to play with. It’s a series off a book, is author going to write more? Thank you.

Personally, I think they should end at Season 2 like the book. Season 3 would be nothing more than a money grab and would just kill the story
Is there enough to support another season?
I have watched it every sunday, really liked it.
I want another season. There’s ways to continue. I love this show.
A third season would drag it on. I love it but it has to end.
Season 1 was great,season 2 is becoming great and hopefully another is needed to know. But so far very good show.
I definitely hope there’s another season. If they rate by the first showing of the night, others, like myself, are watching The Alienist but I return for the second running of this show.

I love Vic McQueen and Maggie and there can be great writing ahead for future stories. Charlie’s story can end. Same ol’ plot with Charlie ….and Bing, is getting old.
Please don’t cancel Season 3 of NOS4A2. This show is so awesome. I sit on the edge of my seat. I love the characters of Vic McQueen and Charlie Manx.
