To Disney-ABC, it seems ending is better than mending. Freeform has cancelled its Stitchers TV show after three seasons. Since there will be no fourth season, Stitchers, episode 3.10, “Maternis,” will serve as both the season three finale and the TV series finale.
Airing on the Freeform cable channel, Stitchers stars Emma Ishta as Kirsten Clark; Kyle Harris as Cameron Goodkin; Ritesh Rajan as Linus Ahluwalia; Salli Richardson-Whitfield as Maggie Baptiste; Allison Scagliotti as Camille Engelson; and Damon Dayoub as Detective Quincy Fisher.
A sci-fi crime drama, Stitchers centers on Kirsten Clark (Ishta), a Caltech grad student who is recruited into a covert government agency to be “stitched” into the minds of the recently deceased. Using memories of the dead, Kirsten is able to help investigate murders and decipher mysteries that otherwise would have gone to the grave.
Stitchers: A Look at the Ratings
The third season of Stitchers averaged a 0.13 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 365,000 viewers. Compared to the already low-rated season two, it was down by 14% and down by 6%, respectively. Among the 10 Freeform TV shows we’re tracking, the third season of Stitchers ranked seventh in terms of total audience size, and dead last, where its demo ratings are concerned.
Deadline has confirmed that Stitchers has been cancelled after three seasons on Freeform.

Ciao a tutti… inizio col dirvi che vivo in italia e la serie l’ho conosciuta solo a inizo settembre perche qui solo adesso l’hanno data… adoro la serie tanto che ho seguito tutte e 3 le stagioni su internet in steaming… non so se le valutazioni che fate per cancellare un programma le fate solo in una parte del mondo o su tutto anche perche neanche il tempo che uscisse in italia gia l’avete eliminato? I’m very disappointed for the cancellation! I loved so much Stitchers
I’m a really big fan and the story line didn’t finish playing out. Who controlling Kristen to make her say she doesn’t remember. Will she drop hits to Cameron about the truth. What happened to her mother? There still more question that needs answer. Let there be one more season to play everything out.
It’s soo sad that stitchers has come to an end!! It was a really good show and besides you cannot stop it here there are soo many questions left unanswered… I hope eventually, there will be a season 4. Better later rather than never! Great show with amazing cast!!! 🙂
Nooooooooooo why would you cancel this show?!?! I was hooked and the last episode leaves us wondering and wanting more! Why would you do that to fans of the show? I came to care about the characters and their quirky personalities. Bring it back!!!!

Very upset that Stitchers was cancelled, especially after the last Season 3 episode. It leaves you hanging. Who is making Kirsten play “amnesia”, and hurting Cameron like that?
I just found Stitchers on On Demand. I watched all 3seasons within a week. I loved it so much! My kids came to love it, too.
What an incredible disappointment that this was cancelled. If it was going to be cancelled, there should have been a happy ending with Kirsten and Cameron, too.
Very Disappointed at the cancellation of this show.I had just picked up this show on Hulu, became hooked immediately, got though all 31 episodes, looked online for when Season 4 will begin and find out that a few days ago, they made the decision to cancel the show. I really hope someone else picks up the ball. I know the views went down over the season, but that doesn’t mean others won’t get hooked at a later time. So sad, upset & dismayed at this. I’m outside the demo and loved this show! So many people I told to watch this are gonna kill me. I cried at the last episode. Please release the scripts or expected season 4 info… or Netflix Hulu, grab this please!
