Are you a big Survivor fan? According to Reality Blurred, the TV show’s 40th season will debut in 2020.
The new season of the long-running reality series will feature 20 previous winners and reportedly bring back the divisive “Edge of Extinction.” Introduced in season 38, the “Edge of Extinction” allows “every player who’s been voted out to stick around by living on an island, waiting until they get a chance to re-enter the game.”
CBS has not yet announced a premiere date for season 40 of Survivor, but it is expected to debut in 2020.
Season 39 is set to premiere on September 25th.

I love Survivor and have never missed a show, I hate when the same people come back, Once is enough. The idle thing is out of control theres to many of them and when i see the same person finding them time after time It makes me wonder is it rigged.
Still enjoy Survivor. Probably the only series we never ever miss. I like the twists and turns the producers are using to keep the change evolving, though I would actually welcome a return to more of the original seasons in the future.

We love survivor and can’t wait till Sept 25. And we agree that we don’t like them bringing people back ! All new people all the time.
I’m disappointed when they bring back former players. There are so many people who apply & never get a shot because of so many players getting repeat chances. Especially when it is a third or fourth time. I do mean Boston Rob & Sandra. Besides with 20 past winners the folks who won the furthest back are probably going to be much older than some of the more current winners. i agree once is enough get new people and STOP with people you KNOW will not make it because of age. physical abbility or menta illness

I agree with Dale. I like to see all new people. Some people that come back a lot I never liked in the first place & others I don’t remember at all. I did like Joe & was hoping he’d win this time. He sure deserved to win.
I enjoy the show best when it’s all new people. I don’t enjoy it as much when people are brought back again and again and again.

Don’t watch them then! Some of us have watched Survivor since the beginning and continue to watch it and talk about it with our friends.
I have to agree with you, David. I love Survivor & don’t want it to end. Love the Amazing Race, too! As for Judy saying they cancel good shows? Some of the worst shows seem to never get canceled… especially on ABC!
I have been watching Survivor since the first season. I don’t watch much TV, but I will never stop watching Survivor. I can’t wait until Sept.25th. I record series, then I binge-watch them all. I am too impatient to wait to see what happens next. I really love this show.
